“The item I received was not what I thought I was ordering. That was probably my own fault for not reading the description thoroughly. The reason I gave it a poor rating was because I paid over $7 for the shipping and then got a notice in the mail that I still owed an additional $1.18 and had to go to the post office and pay before I could pick it up. It was a very light weight item so the shipping charge was outrageous to begin with and then to have to pay an additional fee added insult to injury. Will never buy from this company again.”

Carolyn, Fetpak has free shipping on all orders over $75. Below that amount we have a simple $7.95 flat rate shipping. As for you having to pay $1.18 extra, that is our error as the package must have been incorrectly weighed in shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and will refund that amount. Please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number. Also if you ordered the incorrect item you are welcomed to return it as we have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee. Please email us and let us know.

We shipped your order out on when you ordered, June 1st (8 days ago). However seems the trucking company interlined the shipment causing a delay. We just tracked your order and it's due to be delivered tomorrow, June 10th, As you know we would have never used this trucking company if we knew it would take 7 business days to arrive. We will note this for your next orders. Our sincere apologizes.

“I placed an order on May 29 and by June 8 it still hadn't come so I emailed them , they said they cancelled my order because they don't ship to Canada anymore and they couldn't get ahold of me to approve the freight charges. I did not receive any messages about this and the freight charges are as much as the order so no thanks I won't be shopping here again .”

Our error on this as we had the incorrect email address. We do ship to all of Canada, however as a courtesy we contact all Canadian customers with freight charges for their approval before shipping.
