“I'm saying "Average" and not "Poor" because I haven't received the shipment yet. I'm holding out the hope that the actual product will be all right. My initial impression is not very good because I never received a confirmation email that the order was received nor a follow up email to let me know that it has been shipped. I placed the order 10 days ago and still have not received it. If I don't receive it by Monday, June 29, I will contact Paypal to rescind my payment.”

We shipped your order out the same day you ordered, which was on June 17th. It was shipped 1st Class Mail. If you do not receive your order by Monday, please contact manager@fetpak.com and we will either issue a refund or ship a replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
