“I ordered some items but was not aware of the significant changes in shipping to Canada which had been put into place since my last order from Fedpak. The price more than doubled the cost of the items. When I refused to authorize a Broker for the shipment it was returned to Fedpak. This was several weeks ago now and I have yet to receive the tiny amount due back from my over $100.00 'lesson' in ordering from you.”

Years ago we did have free shipping to Canada but with sharp rate increases the last few years we discontinued that offer. We did inform you of shipping charges and you agreed to those. You refused the order due to brokerage charges, we do not know these until your order crosses the border, however in all order confirmations to Canadian customers, it clearly states (in a large boxed off area), "All prices are in US Dollars. Depending on the value and items ordered, Canadian brokerage fees, taxes and/or duties may apply, please check with the Canadian Post Office or UPS for more details. Refused orders are responsible for round trip freight charges." We refunded the small remaining balance owed now.

“After running out and not immediately finding any more in the obvious places, I ordered plastic bags which I use to keep materials in my archaeological research. Of course, 20 minutes later I found my back-up supply. I went to the contact us button and left a message to please cancel my order. I got a quick response doing just that. I really appreciated the friendly and prompt response to a cancelled order. Just think of the service I could have gotten if I had actually purchased something. I will be sure to use Fetpak next time I need supplies. Thanks again.”

“Fetpak had the perfect type of jewelry travel case that I have ever been able to find. It is study, packs so easy, locks up with great security, hast perfect placement of the wheels to roll more easy and has a handle where it should be making it roll better. When i do a show I load up my trays shut the case and I am good to go anywhere. When I get to the show everything is just as I packed it. I have bought other cases put there was no support on the sides and it was impossible to get trays to not slide and have items fall out of the trays. In a nut shell this is the one to get if you do shows. I just cannot express enough how great this case is. I cannot decide whether to order another one or get the bigger one. I know I will be getting another one. If this don't make you want one nothing will. Thanks Fetpak We will be talking some more John”
