“Even though my order arrived fast, the bags advertised (Batman, Superman, and playboy bunnies: why I placed the order) were not part of my package there was about 7 bags advertised and for some reason my mix was only of three types (blue bag with crowns, black bag with skulls, and yellow bag with smiles). I feel scammed out of my ten bucks + shipping since none of those bags were what I wanted. Good job.”

We do not carry the bag designs you mentioned. Please see the link below and the note the drop down menu. We now only carry three designs in the 2" x 2" Double Design Bags (DD2020). You ordered Mixed and we sent you the 3 different designs. If you are unsatisfied with the designs you received contact manager@fetpak.com and we will issue a RA number. “The items I ordered small brocade drawstring jewelry bags or not as nice as I had anticipated. They are smaller and the openings in them will barely fit a ring let alone earrings. I will keep them at this late date in December as I am stuck with them.”

As described on our website the Brocade Cinches are 10" in diameter which folds up to hold jewelry or any small trinket. It also includes pocket inside. Generally the interior pockets are used to hold charms or rings. We have carried this item for over 15 years and never receive complaints on it. However if you are unhappy, please call us at 631-864-3090 and we will issue an RA number for you.

We understand your viewpoint on this. Just so you know, UPS and USPS shipping rates to Canada soared the last 4 years and despite our negotiated freight discounts we had no choice but to discontinue our free shipping to Canada. After us paying freight costs we were actually starting to lose money on many of our shipments to Canada. We are sorry this happened as we enjoyed many years of giving great service to our customers in Canada. Of course we still have many Canadian customers and shipping costs on lighter weight items is still reasonable, so you may want to inquire about freight costs from us, just let us know the items and quantities. It's possible you can still save money placing an order with Fetpak even after freight charges.
