“My order was HORRIBLY packed!!! The 2 items that I ordered were each in its own original thin manufacturer's box and they were simply wound together with packing tape. It looked like an "awful project" my 6 year old niece put together. Plus to make matters worse because there was no real substantial cardboard box used to pack the items, one of the thin boxes was torn at the bottom with items spilling out! You would think the items would be packed inside another box for protection. Would you want a microwave that is in its original box to be simply shipped as is with a shipping label on top and not placed inside a sturdier box for protection?”

Since Fetpak pays for all freight charges we ship plastic bags in their own corrugated cartons to minimize freight cost. You ordered two cartons and we strapped both together. Maybe not the prettiest, but nevertheless very efficient and cost saving. This helps us maintain our free shipping policy which benefits all of our customers. On rare occasions there is damage but nearly all orders do arrive intact. We are sorry you were not happy with how the package arrived, but thankfully there was no damage.

“I have a very small jewelry business! I love the the fact that the minimum order to receive free shipping is realistic for a business of my size! I am able to order exactly what I need, in order to fill the he requirement without having to worry about buying for the sake of buying, but to buy because I need a case of this and a case of that! The case prices are also cheaper than their competitors prices! The items arrive in a day or two after placing it! Great company! I highly recommend them! I am very happy with the products, but most importantly the savings and free shipping! Every penny counts when you are a little business!!”

We apologize for not returning your call, please be assured this is not the norm for Fetpak. Regarding the Double Door Boxes, we have experienced some issues with these as the manufacturer did not meet our standards. When we discovered this we recalled the entire batch made for us, however some had been already shipped out. We will contact you on Monday and arrange for pickup and an exchange (from a different batch) or refund. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
