“I purchased the 2-door jewelry holders, and some of them were poor quality. I called, but nobody has gotten back to me about this. My customers expect really good quality. alanandsuzanne@att.net Please help me resolve this.”

We apologize for not returning your call, please be assured this is not the norm for Fetpak. Regarding the Double Door Boxes, we have experienced some issues with these as the manufacturer did not meet our standards. When we discovered this we recalled the entire batch made for us, however some had been already shipped out. We will contact you on Monday and arrange for pickup and an exchange (from a different batch) or refund. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

You placed your order on Nov 16th, the coupon code you are referring to began on Nov 25th. Customer Service is not aware of future coupon codes, however we would like to extend our latest promotion for you for 6 months, or until May 25, 2017. We have noted this in your account.
