“Very satisfied with the quality and delivery of my order... the only complaint is that the earring boxes are too small for my designs. The image on the website was deceiving...in the photo on the order page it looked like substantial earrings were displayed next to the box. In reality they would be a very close fit. Lesson: be sure to measure...do not depend on the image”

“This company is very unreasonable in regards to a refund. We sent a check which was promptly cashed, so we do not qualify for a refund. They were more than willing to accept our money but not willing to return it or even a portion of it. LET THE BUYER BEWARE unless you pay with Credit Card you will not receive a refund FOR ANY REASON. This should be stated in BOLD AT THE TOP on their website!”

We give full refunds on all Credit Card or PayPal Orders, this represents 99% of our customers (besides open account customers). Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have any restocking fees. As it clearly states in our Terms of Sale, "We can only issue refunds on orders where payment was by Charge Card or PayPal, otherwise a replacement or credit to your Fetpak account will be issued." As with all purchases, we will gladly exchange the item you purchased for another product(s) at Fetpak.

“This was my first order from these folks, but it surely will not be my last! As an eBay seller, I am often on the lookout for shipping supplies. I do a great deal of comparison shopping, looking for best quality, price, and shipping costs. I found it all at Fetpak. They had just what I needed, shipped it uber-fast, and at an incredibly low, flat-rate shipping price. Thanks so much, I'll be back!”

“I was happy with how they handled my order up until I received it. I ordered the wrong size poly bags and emailed customer service asking what I could do in order to return them. I know most places charge a restock fee well I'm not sure what you charge considering I didn't even get a hey your screwed email back.”

“The bags are just what I wanted, and were difficult to locate (the size) so I was happy to find them online at Fetpak. However the one thing preventing from giving a higher rating is that it took a long time to receive them.”

We located your order and found that you ordered on 10/16/16 Sunday at 1:09 PM ET. We shipped via UPS on 10/17/16 Monday. You received your order on 10/24/16 Monday. It's 5 business days from NY to CA, which is an on time delivery. Thank you for your order and feedback.
