“I was happy with how they handled my order up until I received it. I ordered the wrong size poly bags and emailed customer service asking what I could do in order to return them. I know most places charge a restock fee well I'm not sure what you charge considering I didn't even get a hey your screwed email back.”

If you ordered the incorrect size bags we will be happy to accept a return on those for either a full refund or an exchange for the correct size. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please email manager@fetpak.com along with your invoice number and the item number(s) you want to return. Thank you.

“The bags are just what I wanted, and were difficult to locate (the size) so I was happy to find them online at Fetpak. However the one thing preventing from giving a higher rating is that it took a long time to receive them.”

We located your order and found that you ordered on 10/16/16 Sunday at 1:09 PM ET. We shipped via UPS on 10/17/16 Monday. You received your order on 10/24/16 Monday. It's 5 business days from NY to CA, which is an on time delivery. Thank you for your order and feedback.

“We have ordered from the company for at least five years because you identify and carry products made in the U.S. However, in a recent order of U.S. made kraft bags - only one my five cases were made in the U.S. I was told by a customer rep that you had changed your source from the U.S. to China. This was not made known before the order arrived and would require us to make arrangement to ship back 4 cases right before our busy holiday season. We built our business on buying U.S. only items 98% of the time and it is why we bought from your company.”

We apologize for not informing you that we now also carry imported Paper Shopping Bags. However we will slowly be shifting back to Made in USA Shopping Bags as we also prefer to keep the business in the USA. Very sorry for our failure to inform you and for your inconvenience.

“Good product and a good price, and dependable service and delivery. I get your silver foil Jewelry Boxes and Silver stretch ribbon to ship my orders in. Not only do they help protect my merchandise during shipment, but it gives my customers a great presentation when they open their package. It's not horribly expensive for a whole lot of wow factor.”
