“I found it difficult to have to go back on each color of coding label and start over for a similar item to add to my shopping cart. I also had a difficult time processing my credit card and had to call customer assistance. The payment was received twice but the order did not go through. Scott”

Thank you for your order and your review. At the time you ordered there was a computer glitch and we had to restore a small handful of orders. This resulted in a few orders being recorded inaccurately. This is a very rare occurrence for us and so hopefully you give us another chance. Thanks again.
