“The order was filled promptly, but it would have been nice if, at the factory, they would have put a piece of cardboard inside the box of plastic bags to keep them from being sliced upon opening them. I always try to be careful, but it never fails and I lose a few bags with every shipment.”

“Product is fine, but absolutely no information on shipping method. Going by the "under $85, $8.95 flat rate shipping", I assumed that would be USPS and saw nothing indicating otherwise. Shipping confirmation email also supplied no shipping info whatsoever, no tracking number, nothing. I attempted to use the "See our UPS Time in Transit Map here" link in the email, but could get no information there, no shipping information when I logged into my Fetpak account, had no idea what was happening with my shipment. I can't be the only person in the world who finds shipping information, both during the buying process and after an order has shipped, useful and needed! It's important enough to me that I won't order from Fetpak again because of this lack of necessary information.”
