“This is my second order. It was shipped out very quickly. The quality of the boxes are good. Better than the ones made in China. Price is acceptable too. Only complaint is the packaging. Four larger boxes (#53) were taped together and shipped in that way. Quite some boxes were damaged during shipping. I wouldn't blame UPS because the size is big must be hard to carry so fell out on the floor is understandable. All small boxes are packaged well in a large box and arrived safely. Another thing is one of the #53 I ordered was opened and miss two boxes, top layer boxes are dirty. Guess it's last one in stock. Not a big deal though but thought would be nice if contact me and explain before ship out. Overall experience is good. I would say the box quality (cotton quality) is only second to the ones I ordered from Uline which the price and shipping cost is much higher though. I like what I got from Fetpak. And would recommend it to everyone.”

“You guys at Fetpak, Inc. did an awesome job. From the time I hit complete order til it arrived at my house was less than 5 days. The product looked great and was quality. The only thing I wish, is that the baggies be made a little easier to pull apart. From now on anything I need that I can get from Fetpak,Inc, they are who I will order from”

“The tape I received was odd. Some of the rolls had more tape than others but was the same brand. There were some rolls that were actually another brand. I am ok with this as long as the tape that I ordered the correct length that I ordered and works well”

Hi Dawn, sorry the Filament Tape was different size rolls. Since your order was less than a case it appears that our warehouse mixed rolls from two different cases. The larger rolls are actually more than 60 yards. Next time we will be sure to send you all rolls from the same case. Hopefully our Filament Tape works well for you. Thank you for your feedback.
