“The order process is easy, payment is easy and the product looked pretty close to described, but 4 out of 10 inner boxes were either creased or marked. The big fall down was in getting me the product. I received an email that product was shipped on the 10th with a link to tracking...the tracking site didn't work. The product was supposed to be here in 4 days, it took 8. I contacted them after 6 days and they told me product was actually shipped on the 11th and should be there by end of day on the 18th...it was. Just be careful if you need product in a certain Time period.”

Fetpak credits for all items received damaged. Please let us know your invoice number and item number damaged. Also let us know exactly where it is damaged. We will refund your credit card or replace. Your order was placed on Aug 10th at 11:21 PM Eastern Time. We shipped your order out the following day from New York. Your location in California is 5 business days (does not count weekends) in transit, so it was delivered on schedule, Aug 18th. We ship orders out the same day if received by 1:00 ET, since your order was received at 11:21 PM, the fastest we could get your order out was the next day which is Aug 11th. We succeeded in doing that. If you needed your order in a faster time frame we offer shipping by air for an additional charge. For nearly 30 years Fetpak had prided itself on its same day shipping, low prices and quality products.

“Fetpak's products and prices are great! They have fast service and friendly sales people. My only complaints are: 1. They don't email me a notice of when the product has been shipped so that I can watch for it. (Our UPS delivery person doesn't ring the bell and I have found product on my porch on a Sunday that has sat there since Friday) 2. Their packers often don't use boxes that fit the product inside so they are hard to handle. I sometimes receive huge boxes that aren't even half full. The products arrive undamaged, but the boxes they come in are often torn or crumpled. They should learn to cut down the boxes to fit the product better. It would probably save them money on shipping, too!”

We can email you a tracking number for your order before it's shipped, simply write that request in the comments box when ordering. On packing, usually our shipping department is very careful and attempts to consolidate whenever possible as this saves time and reduces our costs. It's possible the carton broke open and UPS repacked the order. If clear tape was used that is the case. However due to your comment we have again reviewed with our shipping department the value of consolidating orders. Thank you for your feedback and for being a great customer.
