“It was easy to order from your website and my order came quickly. Only problem was that you taped the two boxes together so they weighted 70 pounds. Sorry quit eating my Wheaties when Bruce became a woman. Next time could you please ship the boxes separately. Thanks!”

Since Fetpak has Free Shipping on orders over $75 we try to minimize our freight cost by combining packages. This contributes to us maintaining our free shipping policy. Besides the package weight, we are glad you were happy with our service. By the way, funny line about Wheaties.

“The price was right and the shipping was excellent. The only thing - some of the Peruvian pouches were poorly made and cannot be used. I realize they were very cheap, though, so I would say you guys did a good job. Thanks and I will order again.”

“Prices are good, Selection is good. Shipping is prompt. I have one problem, and I have brought it up several times: The jewelry boxes are not packed well enough, especially when four cases are taped together. The scrap rate is frequently 10% or more because the boxes get crushed during shipping.”
