“I returned a pair of salomon boots to the Kendal store, which leaked after 5 months. I was served by a staff member who had no interest. He briefly showed me the range available to swap. my boot was not available in the shop, but was on line. I was told I could not swap them, but would have to have a credit note and then order a pair online myself. Also if I wanted a refund I would have to wait a month. So I had a credit and ordered a new pair online myself whilst In the store. These came and are fine. But the systems in place and staff attitude was appalling.”

“Paid for next day delivery and 3 days later they have still not arrived! Tracking says they tried to delivery 2 days ago, I was at home all day decorating front hallway, no deliveries or cards put through door. Then not even attempted to deliver for last 2 days. Exceptionally bad service.”

“The jacket was returned because it was too large and I did not like the fabric. I had to pay the return postage for the item and then Field and Trek deducted a further £4.99 from my refund to cover their postage to send it to me! This is extremely poor service, beware.”

“Terrible. Ordered x2 pairs running shoes on 05/05, paid for express delivery. Still havent received them (11/05). Tracking link doesnt work. Going away this evening, so no good to me now. still haven't heard from customer support after contacting.”

“Ordered item online, all confirmed received and payment taken. Days later, informed item out of stock. Fair enough, but field and trek is WAY beyond its own deadline of refund for me. No item and still out of pocket - their online contact form shows everything, it seems, except 'WHERE'S MY REFUND?' Not impressed.”

“still waiting for delivery,we have now stayed in for 2 days in a row.hermes site is no help just says two attempts made but where is my parcel?this is now the 3rd parcel hermes have messed up,not goog enough.i go on hols in a few days if i dont get my boots before i go i will not need them.”

“Ordered and paid for a bike for my son on Sunday , I was told it would be 5-7 working days , I then received an email on Wednesday to say the package was collected . I tried to track the package without success so I emailed yourselves today for an update . I then received an email to say they the couriers couldn’t deliver the bike and that it was returned . I am disgusted with this as it was a birthday present and now I’m back to square one . I’ll be sure to tell anyone that will listen to stay clear of your company”

“Still waiting for an item ordered and paid for 16th March 2018. Field & Trek won't reply to any of my messages. Trying to get a refund. Never had a problem like this with Cotswold Outdoor. I will never use Field & Trek again!”
