Parcel ripped. 2 plastic hangers shattered leaving broken shards of plastic inside the coat. Large magnetic security tag still attached. Hence return of items.

I paid for next day delivery it said to order before 5pm which I did and it was 4.50pm when I actually played the order. A confirmation email came through at 5.01pm so obviously I wasn’t going to get my boots the next day. Why have a cut off point at 5.00pm?

I ordered 10s waterproof trousers, when they arrived they are 3” too long and then I find that I have to pay to return these, never again will I use your website. “

I ordered the wrong size shoe because the website's EUR size was wrong, there is not phone number so I emailed to query this and I've had no response. I've since found out from trust pilot that I can only have a credit note and i will have to send the shoes back at my own cost... the price seemed to good to be true, and it turns out that I will end up paying more than going to a reputable shop! Also didn't realise it was part of the Sports Direct company, which makes all of this make sense

You have sent me what you call a Helly Hansen Swift 3 Blue jacket which you advertise as £142.50 (black inside hood). However I have paid for a Helly Hansen Beau Ski Jacket Blue/Red (red inside hood). There is no number to call on the website. I emailed you over 3 days ago .. but have not hear back.

You didn't deliver my whole order but charged me for it and your customer service team did not reply to my emails to try to sort it out. You have no customer service phone contact so it was impossible to contact you to sort out. There was no paperwork for my order in the parcel sent only a returns form/paperwork for a different customer who had returned one pair of the boots you sent to me. Your service was utterly shockingly bad! I had to resovle the problem with Paypal to get my money back for the boots you charged me for and not sent, which took weeks as you did not even bother to respond to them either. I won't ever use your company again and will advise others not to use you either.

order never confirmed or money taken out of account for 4 days, on the 3rd day after hearing nothing we ordered the same items again. After repeating the same order, the first order arrived the next day (4th day)went onto the website to cancel the order straight away and we heard nothing, I asked for a returns label as the order was heavy and we had cancelled the 2nd order within hours of ordering it. Unfortunately we heard nothing from the company, it is extremely poor that you cannot speak to anybody and that emails and requests are ignored. I will not be using this website again as a lot of the reviews are negative and the service I received was below par. I still await a returns label which I am almost sure will not arrive to pay the postage!!!

Ordered two things, the thing i most wanted was in stock on the website but then before delivery I was told it was out of stock and wasn't being sent. I wasn't given a chance of cancelling the whole order.

Ordered 3 items online to then get an email saying 2 items were out of stock. P&P charge meant getting remaining low cost item was not good value so emailed to cancel order. Emailed has been ignored and now have email saying item is ready for collection

I ordered 2 items costing over £100 which would have attracted a £20 voucher. F&T subsequently cancelled 1 order and presented me with a bill for the other, no mention of the voucher. I spent a long time trying to work out how to contact them and then sent off an email. No reply. Stay well clear of these cowboys

Shoes to tight, so thought I would return them, what a silly idea. No invoice in the parcel no instructions,so l looked online and it said to print out a form but l don't have one. So thought l would phone but the only number was a shop the young man gave me a number for customer service and said good luck.and they just told me to ring back later. Well l won't be buying from them again.

Ordered and paid for a padded jacket for my wife cost £39.99 inc' pp. Jacket arrived about 3-4 days later. Wife's usual size is size 14, which we ordered but on trying on the jacket she found it to be like it was a size smaller. We looked on the website to see if there was a size 16 in same Jacket color etc, there wasn't, so we packed it up to return it for refund. The problem was it cost us £6 postage to return it. This is disgraceful because it's not our fault the Jacket was a size too small. Also we phoned customer services who use premium rate call charges as well. I doubt I'd want to shop at Field & Trek/Sports Direct ever again, we should be reimbursed postage both ways + the cost of the Jacket. The customer service at this company is just awful.... Why can't they be like Amazon and EBay etc who put the customer first always? So.......... dissapointed.
