“Paid for next day delivery... £6.49 or around that figure. Arrived yesterday 3 days after my order was place. Even stated next day delivery on the label🙄🙄”

“the item was definitely not the size I ordered despite what the label said. I have completely lost confidence in this company despite being a loyal supporter for a long time. Being liable for the postage charges means I am £10 out of pocket. I appreciate I could order the next size up but have no confidence in the sizing. I have bought this brand/size before and recently too so I know that the problem is not me, it was the garment. Someone should check it when it returns to your warehouse. A refund of the postage because of this would be a nice idea.”

“I'm absolutely disgusted - I ordered a £90 watch and a pair of shorts reduced to £12.99 was delivered. In my opinion this is not an honest mistake and is a malicious action that has really annoyed me. What also exacerbates the situation is that the store I collected it from cannot do anything and I now cannot contact Customer Services until Monday (it is Saturday afternoon atm). I would appreciate someone who has the ability to rectify the situation contacting me asap.”

“"The ordering and delivery of my boots was very efficient, I was kept informed of the progress of my order, and it was delivered on time. On opening the box and trying on the boots I noticed that the left boot did not have an insole. Also no paperwork enclosed. Have emailed twice but no reply. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.”

“It took far longer to receive my delivery than stated on website when I purchased my goods. Had I known it would have taken so long I would have shopped elsewhere. Also, not be able to track or talk to anyone and not receiving responses to contact via website was frustrating. Overal, I found this whole experience shockingly poor and will not recommended nor shape with Field and Trek again.”

“The sizes specify on the website do not match the sizes of the brand (Merrell). I had to return the shoes at my own expense in order to have the right pair, while I know perfectly the brand and the size that suits me. The error did not come from me!”

“I opted for delivery to my local store. Having to wait two weeks for delivery of items that are actually in stock in the local store. To add insult to injury I am paying £5 for the delivery, and if I cancel will have to wait 6 weeks for a refund!”

“The Ski Jacket I ordered still had a sevurity tag attavhed to it so was unwearable. The Ski pants had a mark on them and were the wrong colour. I have sent the package back using the return form which was inside the package but am concerned as this appears to have a different address to the returns address on the website.”

“When placing the order on line the site advised me that the order had not gone through so I re-ordered then found out the first one had gone through. I immediately used your on line system to cancel the first one but you did not bother to reply. You then send out your request for a review before any goods have been received. I don't think I will use your company again”

“Absolutely awful. Paid for next day delivery when placing an order Monday lunchtime. Still no delivery by Friday. No reply to any emails and can't fjnd a number to call. Leaving the country for 3 months on Sunday and desperately need the goods before I go, will have to rebuy elsewhere”
