Still not had delivery after 5 working days, and I needed the equipment to go camping with tomorrow. Don't trust them on sticking the 4-5 working day delivery times, which in this day and age is poor. Go elsewhere....

I ordered a Karrimore rucksack but was instead delivered a much cheaper children's bow and arrow which I had not ordered and do not want. I have contacted Field and Trek several times in the last two days but received no reply.

Did not receive yet - Hermes do not give time of delivery - they do not leave contact name, where we can pick parcel up from - courier left no personal details - so no idea where it is no idea how to get it

I've been trying to contact customer services, unsuccessfully. I needed to return the sleeping bag from my order as it was not suitable for it's required purpose. As this order needed to be paid delivery rather than collection, it means paid postage for a return! - £12 is the stated price, on top of £5 paid. Seriously not happy & will probably not risk ordering from you again, who wants to add £17 postage! Should be an option to return to store, really not good Field & Trek, very disappointed!!!

I bought a pair of walking shoes online but the wrong colour & wrong size were sent to me. I contacted Field & Trek via the online form (twice!) and didn't receive any form of reply/help! So I had to travel to my nearest Field & Trek store to see if they would be able to help, which they did! Far better service then your online service I have to say. I will never buy anything from you online again as your aftercare service is appalling!

Parcel was delivered a day before I got the email to say it was on its way. One item was broken. Impossible to find a phone number on the website to request a pre-paid label for return, eventually found the number on Amazon.! ( once I got to a human he was really helpful but I think the company go to all lengths to stop calls or paying for returns of damaged goods). Then I discover it's now sports direct.. Don't think I would have ordered had I known that.

My order was supposed to be delivered last Friday and I still don't have it come Monday. I going camping on the weekend and very upsetting that I may not be able to go. I have sent 2 emails and no reply and phone number to call and find out what is happening.

Terrible delivery and trainers looked like they had already been tried on. Box was all broken as I'm paying for new trainers I expect to get new ones not ones that look secondhand.

I placed an order and was sent the wrong product. I eventually managed to contact Customer Services and asked for them to arrange collection and send the correct product. A collection was arranged but did not occur, 4 calls and emails later still no colelction, or correct item sent or refund, 3 weeks after placing a next day order. Absolutley appalling service!

I am still awaiting notification of my orders arrival at the local store, having been told 3 days ago i would be receiving an email upon its arrival there. This is way way below the standard normally received and unfortunately find this very disappointing.

hey i emailed your company to say that i have not received my trainers, and the delivery company have delivered them but i never got them and i asked my neighbours if they had took the parcel for me as i was not i and they had not took a parcel for me and im really worried

The goods have still not turned up for collection at the store despite leaving your warehouse Tuesday. This is really unacceptable

Shirts arrived with a hole in them, split seam, now I have the hassle of getting to a post office to return them , thanks F&T

Placed order Sunday PM, paid for express delivery. Expected parcel by Thesday PM latest. Tuesday pm Hermes website states my parcel has been routed to the wrong place & they can't explain where it is!. I email Field & Trek for answers. Thursday, still no response. Hermes website changes completely deleting previous info (but I printed it off for proof) - parcel turns up at 4pm. No explanation, no return email - this is neither express delivery nor any kind of customer service. Help - this is appalling!

Your invitation to review arrived before delivery of parcel. Parcel has not been delivered despite Hermes information that it has and been signed for. F&T say that it is with a neighbour. I live in a remote location, half a mile outside a village. I have received no notification as to which house my parcel has been delivered to. I have used F&T frequently, the first being in the late '70s at their shop in Brentford, Essex. Every means of contact now seems to be by email. Why is there no phone number? I am disgusted at this level of service.

two pairs charged for as your screen timed out and did not confirm first order so second pair requested in error which has now been returned

My order was never delivered. The courier sent another person's order, got my neighbour to sign for it and I have not been able to obtain what I wanted as a priority purchase using the next day delivery option. Essentially I have paid money and received nothing and as I have no time to call customer services , I wait for my email correspondence to be acted on. during office hours
