You supplied me with the wrong size running shoes and they are therefore deemed defective. You tried to charge me for returning the item despite it being your responsibility under the Sale of goods Act 1979. You eventually provided me with a Freepost address which I returned the shoes to and have a Royal Mail Proof of Postage for. You have still not refunded me for the item.

Everything delivery turned up all ripped,foot prints all over box ,and when i put it together one of the barror arms was missing and trying to get intouch with you i could get in touch with elvis easier very poor service i have emailed plenty of times with No Reply

Having placed an order for collection at my local sports direct store, after more than a week I just get an email saying "Our couriers have been unable to deliver your goods and as a result your order has been returned to sender" - So the couriers couldn't find a major sports direct store on a major trading estate. Time to find a new courier!

inside the box was a size 5 in purple and a size 4 in blue??? I ordered a 36.5 & A Pair??

Hi, I'm sorry I'm giving this rate right now, but after my order wasn't processed well. It was canceled without any reason and the money were refunded to my credit card without any reason. The item I've ordered is still in stock in the website but I didn't had the chance to have it. I'm going to connect support service. I have to clarify what is the reason for this. My previous experience with field and trek is great.

I never received my item and despite trying to contact you on numerous occasions I never received a reply. My complaint is now ongoing with PayPal and you have still failed to respond. This is just not acceptable and I will never order from you again.

I ordered a pair of running shoes but changed my mind a couple of hours afterwards. I emailed customer services to request a cancellation but did not receive a response. The following day I received an email indicating the order had been processed. I sent another email to request cancellation and again did not receive a response. I then received an email stating the order had been dispatched and emailed customer services to complain. At no point have customer services ever responded to any emails for this transaction. I have been a Field and Trek customer for over 30 years but I will not be using them again, an absent customer services department is simply unacceptable in this day and age

I have waited over a week for this delivery. The company delivering the item are notorious for poor service they state that they tried to deliver last Thursday but no card was left no email text etc. I have tried to contact you but there is no telephone number for customer services?? I can't find one anywhere. I have emailed you twice and no one has got back to me. If the item isnt delivered by to Tomorrow I will have 2 very disappointed 9 year olds on their birthday. Very poor service which could have easily been avoided.

The bike arrived on time but, on trying to put it together we fond the front wheel did not fit the frame (is too big) - heartbroken little girl on her 9th birthday.

Weirdly I ve been asked to review a product l ve not received and due to an incompetent courier looks like i wont receive or get very late. I cant find a phone number to call and my email remaines un answered. I am new to field and trek and so far I am unimpresses

I received my ski jacket promptly and efficiently - the only problem is that it's not the one I ordered. Different style, different colour, cheaper price. The only way to contact the Company is via their website messaging system and so far I have had no response. Really doisappointing.

Absolutely appaling service.... I have been waiting 2 days for my bike to arrive, even though the money has been taken out of my account and I have paid for delivery.. there are no contact numbers to use and the so called email system is useless. No one answers them and I am left with still no bike to show for all this stress. I only give it 1 out of 5 because it won't let me put 0 !!! Mr J Carter

Didn't arrive when it was supposed to. No next-day delivery option available at checkout. Arrived too late for skiing holiday so had to buy elsewhere on the way to the airport and send the entire order back. Lack of a phone number demonstrates that F&T don't care at all about customer service. Very, very poor.

I ordered and item and i feel that it is faulty. I have immediately contacted Field and Trek and i after 10 days i am still waiting a reply from them. Very dissapointed with the service. Worst online company i have ever ordered from. Avoid it!

Order "delivered" by courier throwing package over garden fence, no note left to say where it was, parcel left in rain, packaging ripped, so box was soaked. Emailed 3 times for resolution, no response from customer services. Won't be using field and trek again.
