I was sent the wrong trainers which was a mistake that could be corrected but as there is no customer service phone number on your website so i had to ring a store and ask them for it, A whole day of phoning that number and being cut off every time as the automated answer phone telling me you are to busy and call back another time. So i can sent and email via your website, 2 days later and still nothing!!!! The worst online shopping experiences ever and i will never use field and trek again

We are going on a skiing holiday and bought my daughter a ski jacket 402144/69/390 only to find that there is a big security tag left in it and we don't have time to send for another one as we leave this Friday! What can we do?!

I cancelled my order immediately after ordering, however after emailing (there is no contact number) several times, I received no contact from anyone. I am now tracking my delivery and have no way of stopping it! I have neve encountered an online company like this and find there lack of customer service very disappointing. When the order comes I plan on refusing it and hope that eventually I will get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst online company I've ever used. I've emailed them three times now and had no response. I received a different coloured jacket and bottoms than the ones I ordered so asked field and trek (by email) if they can send me the correct item that I ordered asap, This is the emails I've been sending- order no FT40000033641332 The item you delivered is not the item I ordered. This the item I ordered Nevica Kiara Set Gi71 Green/PurpGreen 9-10 (MG) Product Code: 408410/16/195 and I received a different coloured jacket and bottoms. So can you send me the correct item that I ordered asap because we are skiing in a few weeks. I've had no response and all I do is keep emailing because it's the way to contact them. Under no circumstance should anybody use this site you want things that you haven't actually ordered. I will been contacting trading standard to find out if this is a scam website and to see if I can get my money back. I doubt if this review will ever be shown but I hope this helps anybody who is thinking of using field and trek.

Ordered 2 x Mountain bikes for my twin boys. Courier said they were delivered 'securely to my garage' which is impossible because it's in the back garden which has locked gates at the front. There was no sign of the bikes, so have now contacted them 4 times with not even a response from Field and Trek. Disgusted with their customer service!! I'm £200 out of pocket and I cannot find any way of contacting them other than by email - which they ignore. Please DO NOT USE this company if there's a chance you won't be in to receive the delivery, as they clearly don't give a damn once they've taken your money. Avoid at all costs.

I still have not received my order nor have I been able to get hold of anyone at Field and Trek as there is no contact number. I have emailed twice and heard nothing. I am very unhappy.

Placed an on-line order. 7 working days later, still waiting for the item. Sent a message to Customer services. Still waiting for a response more than 24 hours later. No phone number is listed! Not impressed!!!

Having previously used Field & Trek successfully and without any problems, I was extremely unhappy with the service on my recent transaction. The item I ordered (a sports bag) was not suitable (it happens)...it was far too big for what I needed. There were no alternative items suitable so I arranged for a refund and to return the item....this is where the problems started...First of all, I only received a partial refund....why ?? no explanation !!! and second...it cost me £13 to return the item via your recommended postal service...thats nearly a third of the cost of the item in question....outrageous. I sent a message to you via your contacts page asking that I be refunded this ridiculous amount but have no response. I've since purchased a bag from another supplier but I'm afraid to say that I will not be using Field & Trek again as I now find find myself several pounds out of pocket !!

Clearly writing their own reviews to lose the poor ones. AVOID. Paid for items that never arrived and there is no way of contacting their customer service. Unresponsive for the past 7 days, left out of pocket and had to purchase items from another store. Avoid them

Purchased two pairs of trainers from the site. Apparently courier Hermes had collected but they have no record, and helpfully told me to take it up with F&T customer services. I have now tried to reach F&T for the past 6 days with no response. Resorting to PayPal dispute to see if I can get my money back. Immediately charged, no product to show for it and zero customer service. Avoid

The helmet arrived with the security tag still attached which after much manipulation I managed to removed without damage/ I'd like to think it was an innocent mistake but the tag was attached to the chinstrap, sticking out of the open box so is just sloppy from whoever picked and packed the item - very poor

Terrible customer service - to this date I have not had an answer to my email (as there was no phone number I was only able to email) I ordered the wrong size and contacted field and trek to cancel the order. Needless to say no response and the wrong item delivered which I now have to pay to return as well as paying to be delivered. Probably only to be expected from buying from effectively sports direct. Never again.

This is the second time I've ordered from field and trek. The first time my item sent missing in transit and wasn't replaced as I was told it was then out of stock. This time I went to collect and instead of putting the right item in the package someone had decided to put a completely different pair of shoes in there. I'm awaiting the correct pair to be sent out still. I really don't think that this qualifies as very good service. Two orders made, neither successfully fulfilled. I will not be using field and trek again

Completely wrong order delivered, with the correct dispatch note. No reply to my email. Next day the order arrived. Still no reply to my email. The website says I have to pay to return the incorrect items. Not going to happen! 4 days later... Still no reply to my email. Mark it up as experience. Customer service is non-existent.

My wife and I are planning to a trekking trip to Everest Base Camp. Therefore we have been purchasing a lot of goods from F&T. In our Order ref: RE: FT40000032965591, among other items we had purchased 4 no. poles. One of the pole has a missing part, the rubber cap. I have written so many times using the service provided on your website however, there has been no response whatsoever. I have also called your line 0844 80 1003, and the auto reply said there were too many calls therefore I should call later and without giving me the option to wait it has cut me off! It looks like F&T is only happy to sell the products but take no responsibility at all afterwards. A terrible attitude, complete disrespect for customers and above all so time consuming and frustrating. This is not trading sorry!

Hermes states that they delivered boots on9/01/17 at 19:30, they did not. Queried this through field and trek site on 10/1/17,no acknowledgment sent another email on 11/1/17 still no acknowledgment, I needed the boots quickly and paid for next day delivery,not impressed.

Non-existent after sales service. Make sure you are buying exactly what you need because you will give up trying to exchange or return something! Terrible. Will not use again.
