Unresolved returns experience. Damaged bicycle received, good bicycle in replacement promised so damaged bicycle returned, refund received..... no new bicycle. If I want a new bicycle I have to pay P&P again. Customer Services telephone number virtually impossible to get through on 03442459230 as 'we are constantly receiving a higher than normal call volume, please try later, goodbye'. Happy with my refund, gutted I don't have a bike, disappointed that you're otherwise uncontactable, yes email is great, but not for resolving issues like this and shocked that if I want a replacement I have to repurchase, pay P&P and RUN THE RISK of receiving the same faulty goods that I had to return to you in 're-saleable condition'!! Arrrrgh!

i don't see why I should have to pay for delivery and return which added up to almost £10 when your sizing is extremely wrong . I certainly wont buy from you again or recommend you. no customer service support my emails were ignored .

Package has wrong postcode. You have tagged billing address onto delivery address. Emails etc sent no resoonde. Your main numbet 03442459232 cuts off. Cannot get details amended with courier as you have to do it. It is a joke dealing with you

purchased online and requested delivery to a shop for collection.one week and still waiting for confirmation goods are available for collection.This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced.I will never use this company again and customers should think twice before ordering from field&trek.com!!

Paid extra for next day service and not sent in time. Trying to obtain refund of postage only to discover not contactable by phone. As I couldn't find a number on website I thought I'd phone one of the Field and Trek stores but most of the stores don't have a phone no listed. When I eventually found a store with a number that actually answered the phone I was given a no. Only to find it out of use. I called the store back again& asked for no. Of their head office and said don't have any other phone nos. I have sent an email to customer services but of course no reply. My advice is don't use this company because if there's a problem you won't get any help.

You use YODEL to deliver. That is an oxymoron. You can review the product if you haven't got it.

The wrong item was sent. It cost me £8.95 to post back and no refund / voucher was offered. Beware of this poor service.

If I had a product to review then maybe I would have given a favourable review. BUT as it stands no product has arrived,very disappointed

Was delivered the wrong size boots (1 size too big). No big deal, took ~ 1 week for replacement boots to arrive - this time they were 1 size too small. Despite clearly indicating which size I needed during both the ordering and exchange process, obviously fell on deaf ears. Stay away!

The boots delivered were in the wrong size and were also clearly used shoes. The soles were not only dirty through outdoor use but the use was also obviously extensive as it had caused the sides of the soles to wear noticably. I will be returning them ASAP.

I have purchased from field and trek in the past and always received good service. However, this time I purchased some running shoes, much needed to replace old trainers. I made the purchase on a Wednesday and selected and paid for next day delivery, it is now the following Monday night and I have still not received my order!! To make matters worse I contacted customer services for help, and got in reply a generic email with as little info in it as possible, which was no help at all. The fact that they can't even be bothered to help out their customers when they do not provide the service that has been paid for is appalling. I hope anyone ordering from them does not bother with paying the small extra fee for quick delivery if they need something fast, as my experience tells me there's no point.

Everything I have ever ordered from field & trek/sports direct, has never been delivered! By continuing to use Yodel as your primary delivery partner, this will continue to happen! Of the 3 online orders I have purchased, 2 have been stolen and one was returned as they couldn't be bothered to deliver it! A truly awful system!
