“Ordered 9pm Wed 4th,chose to pay for next day,so they'd come Fri 6th. Now Mon 9th...still waiting. Non existent customer services, sent numerous 'contact forms' heard nothing. Hermes service also shocking, absolutely rubbish. Don't use Field&Trek online. It would have been quicker to drive 50 miles to Ambleside shop & back again.”

“I still haven't received my order. I have paid £4.99 for click and collect to the Guildford store and I have been told that I will not receive it until next Wednesday when they receive their next delivery. I am very disappointed as I placed this order on Monday 2nd January. For the price of £4.99 delivery I should have had it delivered to my home address and I would have received it by now.”

“Well so far I haven't actually received anything, other than a tracking number that says delivery attempt failed! Unfortunately no card has been left nor does any email contain a phone number so I can get in touch..... items were ordered for a birthday present and that has been and gone so not impressed - sorry.”

“Absolutely atrocious customer service. None existent would be a better description. I would never use them again. They failed to reply to my emails. I am now out of pocket and can get no answer from them.”

“Unable to provide what I ordered due to stock error, which is fine it happens but I provided two alternative options that would be suitable to myself either an alternative item, same model different colour or cancellation of the entire order. At present neither option has been taken onboard but they have sent me the part order they can making the individual item sent expensive with the postage added. No response at anytime from customer services who seem non-existent. It seems when they have what you order everything goes fine but when there is a problem you get what your given and charged for the pleasure with no real choice about it.”

“My parcel was delivered to someone else, at a different address, who signed for it and has kept it despite it not belonging to them. I've had no feedback from Field and Trek despite contacting you via the help pages almost immediately after it was supposedly delivered to me.”

“Order was not complete, sent three separate emails to try and get the problem resolved. Did not get a response to any of them. After tracking down a customer service number (which is not easy at all) just got an automated message saying due to a large volume of call we can not help you now and call back later. Tried this several times still to no avail. Not a happy customer at all. Mr Peter Collins”

“I have emailed you and not had a response. I could only find your contact number by asking another store. I phoned you and the queue was so long I put the phone down. I ordered the hoods nearly 1 week ago and they still haven't arrived.”

“Haven't received my goods. And the courier marked down that he visited and no one was in. I cannot believe it as there are 6 people in my office all listening for the door as we get deliveries from other companies...... I am disappointed as I need the bag.”

“Beware - there is no customer service if you have any issues. I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased from them. I am now going to avoid buying anything from Field and Trek or Sports Direct as their trading practices are shocking. What is the point of writing these reviews anyway as no one reads them (apart from mainly unhappy customers)? Try and avoid - I will be from now on!”

“I paid for next day delivery and waited all day for my parcel to arrive considering it said it could arrive until 9pm it didn't arrive and I am still waiting for it. It is completely unacceptable when I paid extra for delivery I am still waiting for my order it is now 21st December and I've had no acknowledgement of any of my emails - absolutely awful service”
