Tracking number not working, customer service quite bad...

I bought a pair of Karrimor walking boots on the 17th sept and the front tongue on the left boot went into holes. i took them back to the store where I bought them and was told we cannot take them back as they are dirty? They did have some dust on them, after all they are walking boots but they were certainly not filthy and certainly not resaleable due to the damage. Less than 4 weeks old...never buying from them again...

My Gortex Salomon boots leaked after only 3 days' wear, walking the dogs. My socks were cold & wet through. I tried to contact you but was unable to do so. I sent them back using the returns label because I was unable to ask your advice. The postage both ways cost me over £20. I am extremely disappointed with your lack of customer service or care. I had ordered them just before going on our dog walking holiday, last week. When I got home, my boots had been returned me, still soaking wet and now beginning to grow mould from being in a plastic parcel for over a week! I was informed by Sports Direct that 'Having inspected your returned item we are unable to find any manufacturing fault, the reported issue is not covered under warranty..' I don't understand then, what 'Guaranteed waterproof' means?! I am not wealthy, this has cost me over £100 and I still don't have any boots fit for purpose.

Part of my order arrived unwrapped and loose in an unpadded bag. Other part was not adequately wrapped. Poor!

Order is two days late, tracking doesn't work. Asking for a review before the product arrives is a stupid idea therefore if there was an option for no stars you would have got zero! One star is really too generous.

You sent me an odd pair of trainers. Left and right are different colours. Then second pair too small - went to local shop - no other sizes and couldn't refund so now sending back to you ????

You requested feedback, but you have not yet supplied the product for which I paid, nor have you notified me, as you promised, of a date for collection. The impression you create is of incoherence.

Don't send out a request for a review when you've not yet delivered the order. Bad idea!

We were very happy to find such a good value tent and able to have it delivered the next day as we needed the tent for the following day. However this was short lived. The next day it became clear that we would not recieve the tent in time. So I returned to the website to find a number to call for customer service. There was no number only an email address. I emailed only to get an email back saying I would recieve a response in 3 days. Obviously this was no help as i needed the tent that day. After searching I found out that field and trek was part of sports direct. I was then able to find a contact number for customer non service. After paying and meeting the requirements for next day delivery I was very annoyed the be told that the tent would not be delivered on time and there was nothing they could do. It was wait or have my money back. As I needed the tent the next day niether option helped. It is now 4 days later and i am still waiting for my refund which I was told would be done the same day. I am aboslutly disgusted with the lack of service.

Ordered a tent for a family trip away for the bank holiday weekend. Booked a camp site and waited in all day for the tent which we'd paid for next day delivery on. Received emails saying all was on track for its arrival only for it never to turn up. We were left with two very disappointed little girls who were looking forward to a trip to the coast in the new tent . Field and trek blamed the courier. The courier confirmed they had never received the item. No one let us know the tent wasn't coming. To add to the insult, having cancelled the order, field and trek refuse to issue a refund until they get the tent back from their courier despite us never having received it. I won't be using the company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I haven't received my item yet, it was estimated to be with me on 25 August, however as you are using yodel I'm not surprised, the estimated date is now 30th August. So I can't really give a star rating but it won't let me move on until I have. I will re rate when I have actually received my item.

I ordered 2 medium t-shirts and some waterproof trousers, my parcel arrived with a xxl different make polo neck shirt and a waterproof jacket,now i have to pay to return the items to you,even though the failing is on your behalf.

I made the order on Monday, received a confirmation, and then zero communication so far (and today is Friday). Also submitted a request online to follow up on the status on Wednesday, also zero communication so far...

Field and Trek Customer Services are USELESS. F&T packaged and shipped product very quickly. However, Yodel lost the order (should have been delivered Friday latest - received by Yodel on the Tuesday by F&T - contacted Yodel who admit that there is a problem with the parcel and can't locate it) - Tried to contact F&T - this went horribly wrong - no way of talking to an actual person - only an automated email system where you have to select your reason - and then get an automated response - NO ONE actually reads your comments or cares what the issue is - just an automated system which is impossible to get around.

your delivery charges are stuipid. when you have the price of £4.99 which weights less than 200g and charging the same price if it was home delivery or delivered a sports direct. but you get a five pound voucher to spend in store. whats the point you might as well give free delivery to the store

I ordered a pair of BLACK merrel goretex shoes size 10.5 payed for next day delivery and i received the wrong pair! Ywt the delivery note was the shoes i ordered
