Found the same product £40.00 cheaper else where two days later. Head Office didn't care - just sent me a 'tough luck' email. Go else where - crooks.

One of the items I ordered was excellent shame the security tag was left on which I had to take to a store in New Zealand for it to be removed. The other was supposed to be a jacket for my son shame they sent a woman's swim suit instead. I would have appreciated if they sent the jacket in good faith but no luck. Got refunded instead.

Your click and collect service is awful. Order placed Sunday goods still not despatched(Weds) I have previously used a Click and collect service with Cotswold which was fast and hassle free. Will my goods arrive before the weekend........?

Yes, quick delivery but........odd shoes!,completely different styles. Bought karrimor Tobago sandals as Ive had them in the past and they are really comfortable. Delivered one Tobago and one Antigua,not even the same colour. Unbelievable! I now have to pay to return these . Wont be bothering ordering from here again.

Ordered Click & Collect goods on the 4th. Here I am on the 8th and still haven't heard that they're ready to collect. Mike Ashley's End of Term Report is "MUST TRY HARDER".

Automated emails received from Field & Trek were not clear. I had asked to collect my items from my local Sports Direct. I was notified when my order had been processed. I waited for 3 days more and then received an email asking for my feedback. I was confused and thought that maybe I had missed another email from Field and Trek so I thought I'd try phoning the Sports Direct store to see if the item had arrived. I tried several times. I was diverted to an 0844 or 0344 number and it just rang out for about 5 minutes with no recorded message or any kind of encouragement or reassurance. I got on the bus and travelled to the Sports Direct store to ask them in person. I waited in the queue there for about 10 minutes and then showed the woman serving (there was only one person serving) my email and reference number. She talked to me as if I were a 4 year old and pointed out that my email said "To be collected". "Yes, that's what I'm here to do" I said. She sighed and started repeating the same to me again and then a colleague asked her a question and she turned her back on me. That was my cue to leave the store before I became even more upset. She had made absolutely no attempt to check the system. She had no customer service skills. I have worked in customer facing environments for years and know that a little empathy goes a long way. Why not say "yes, I can see how that might be misleading" or even "I'm pretty sure it won't be here yet but hang on just a moment whilst I check for you"? At this point in time my severe dissatisfaction can not be mitigated by the pleasure of a new pair of walking boots as I don't yet have anything to show for my £75 apart from a plate full of frustration.

I was very excited because my pants arrived very quickly and I am ordering from the untited states but upon opening them, they have a hole in the leg!! How disappointing!!!

I haven't actually received my order because Yodel, for the second time in a few weeks, did not even attempt to deliver my parcel. If I had known beforehand that Yodel was the chosen carrier, I would not have ordered from field and trek.

Ordered on Monday and still haven't had a email saying the trainers have been dispatch, if I knew this service was this poor in dispatching stock I would off purchased from somewhere else, will not be using again in the future,

Boots arrive with a split seam on the right hand side of the Left Boot between the boot and the sole not what I would expect of a product from Salomon. Have to return special delivery at my own cost.

Ordered item Thursday. Paid for next day delivery. It is now Sunday and still no item. Was stated that it would be delivered Saturday. Went I get back from my trip away they are being sent back

I ordered a pair of children's walking boots and paid for next day delivery and 3 days later no boots. There are no phone numbers for the company and no numbers for the branches that are open. I have emailed them to ask where the boot where and no response 3 days later - NOT VERY GOOD WHAT DO YOU THINK!!!!!!!! Very Upset Grandson Now

Product is good however I ordered two by mistake as soon as I'd done it I looked on your site how to cancel an order which you can only do through email which said may take days to get back when someone did get back it was too late and I've been charged twice £9.98 for two parcels delivered by the same courier with a note to say if you want to return you have to pay postage there is no phone number on your website and no way to cancel I will not be ordering again .

You have put a sticker on the box resizing the shoes, so you have now sent a pair that are too big, dirty on the inside and slightly worn on the sole Very disappointed
