Jacket delivered to Sports Direct quickly however it was the wrong size. Field and Trek emailed bit no reply. Impossible to find a phone number for Field and Trek. Sports Direct phone number ringing out. I am currently stuck with a jacket that does not fit and cannot get in touch with the company to speak to them. Very poor service

I would love to send a favourable reply to you, but unfortunately have not received the order yet. It is very difficult to contact Yodel, I am hoping that the parcel will arrive soon, so I can review the Field and Trek products. Harriet Tassell

Very very disappointed with ur click & collect service & even more so that no one has got back to me! Paid over £50 & still do not have purchase and no contact!!!! :( My previous dealings with you were grt but sadly missed it by miles this time....and still awaiting a response.

Received the wrong size shoes and then a reply that didn't answer my questions sent in an email. Couldn't find a phone number to get help.

Very poor. Second time using F&T / Sports Direct, and it will be the last. First occasion, paid for next day delivery and the parcel turned up 3 days later. A partial postage refund was received after a few emails and complaints. Second time - to which this review relates - ordered walking shoes and received a pair of odd shoes. Not different sizes, completely different shoes. Eventually got a Freepost address to send them back to, but by default the buyer pays postage to return an item - even when it's F&T / SD's fault. Buy cheap, buy twice as they say. Pay a little more and get a better service elsewhere. It'll save time and money in the long run in waiting in, parcel tape, and trips to the post office.

I was sent 2 jackets by mistake and Field and Trek are refusing to refund the costs of he one of the jackets. I will be making a formal complaint.

After choosing to ha e goods delivered to a store only after paying was I made aware that not only was this not free, it was charged at £4.99, not far short of the cost of having it delivered to my home. The worst issue though was the fact that no indication of delivery time what so ever was offered. When I enquiries via your customer services I was told it was not possible to give any indication whatsoever. As this product was a present for my daughter who is going away, I cancelled the order and will buy the product through a provider who can tell me when it will arrive. SO- Sale lost!! Well done.

Ordered one size received another, still awaiting a reply as to why and some form of free postage return. No replay received at present.

Lager good years of service I now feel this is now lacking somewhat. On ordering 2 pairs of trainer and socks to be used as presents I ordered size 13 they were in stock though I was sent 13.5 as they were obviously not !!! No great explanation just a sorry my size not in stock any more! Bad customer service

I received an email on 26th Nov to say it had been processed and would receive another to let me know it was in the store. To date (29th Nov) have not received any further emails, so feel this is taking more time than it should.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a review at this time as my parcel has still not been delivered, it should have been here yesterday but I was told it was misdirected and should be here today (Tuesday) but checking the web site it doesn't state that it's on it's way, this is rather disappointing and I sincerely hope that it's here before Friday as it's a birthday present from my husband.

The shoes came earlier than expected, that is the only positive I can give. They were obviously ex display at best, scuffed with the tags removed, the box was for size 9 which I ordered but the second hand shoes inside were size 11. That nobody checked this is surprising . Will never use this service again.

Nothing wrong with goods - very satisfied with them. Delivery process very poor. Tracking info on Yodel lists delivery as with driver at 07:45, and to be delivered that day. Eventually delivered at 17:53. I wasted a whole day sitting at home waiting. By contrast I have had recent deliveries from John Lewis & an ebay seller ( latter using DPD for delivery), where a one hour delivery window was given on the tracking site. FieldandTrek being let down by Yodel.

Fantastic delivery times, products excellent but annoyingly a security tag had been left on one of the items, so now need to sort that out!

I'm very angry! I don't receive the good shoes... I bought the hot lava black shoes.... I receive grey/ flash green shoes in the good box.
