I ordered a pair of shoes after getting a promotiona email offering extra 10%off. Ordered online but was not given box to enter code it just took full payment. I complained but nothing was done - not even any future offer - complete rip off and will never buy from field and trek again.

Appalling customer service. I've emailed with my problem only to have a standard answer email back, the customer service lady Katrina obviously didn't read what my problem was! I have replied to that email and not heard anything back! There is no phone numbers to talk to someone, this is very frustrating and totally unacceptable I will never use sports direct companies again

Unfortunately I have not received my goods, despite the fact that the courier left a delivery note telling me it was with a neighbour. After checking the entire neighbourhood I then checked online to see the parcel was in fact at the depot. Had I realised you used Yodel as the courier service I would never have order the product.

Sent my item in a plastic bag and so item arrived broken. When I informed them about problem they asked me to send them photos of damage and still insisted they needed to receive item back before sending a replacement. So why did they wate my time getting me to send photos ? Appalling customer service, takes ages to get through to speak to somebody. No wonder they hide their telephone number and you have to search for it. When you do find it you come across all the forums with people complaining about their service. When I did get to speak to a manager she kept deliberately speaking over the top of me and then kept going silent and not answering questions. She also kept threatening to put the phone down on me and told me to shut up. Never again.

I cannot comment on the service as, after more than 2 weeks I have not received my goods or confirmation of the order.

I'll give you that rating because you tell me that order will arive at my home in 3-5days. Unfortunly, my order didn't arive not even today 18 may 2015. DHL worked perfect :( .Change it

Goods fine, but delivery atrocious: Not in when arrived, so driver put card through door marked "back porch" (which is non-existent), then threw package over fence - found three days later, only because in a bag were goods not damaged by rain in interim.

Had to contact customer service because of a problem with goods, used the website form three days ago have not had an acknowledgement nor any response. A very poor service when this company do not accept telephone calls and using the online form is the only way to contact them. In fact its annoying to get a request for reviews quicker than they can deal with customers.

Very disappointed. Ordered: a top which was lovely and a perfect fit, but arrived with a metal security tag attached (impossible for me to remove, since it needed a security gun, so it had to be turned), a pair of walking trousers size 12, which were far too small (I am a size 10), and a Jacket which was well over sized!!! However on the positive, the walking sandals and socks were perfect! I tried to ring the company but could not get through...

ordered next day delivery and it came a day late. When it arrived product was broken. I want to exchange in store. No advice online ad weather this is even possible. The whole experience has been disappointing.

Goods have still to arrive after a week. Why are you using such a rubbish delivery firm as Yodel. The failure to delivery the goods in a reasonable timescale is simply unacceptable. You should switch to Royal Mail and get a reliable and convenient service.

I cannot write a proper review because I am still waiting for my order to arrive. The parcel is supposed to be arriving with Yodel, however it has been at Yeovil service centre since the 31st of March - it is now the 10th April. On the 8th and 9th of April I have used Yodels online chat service to try and assess the situation, and both times have been assured that the details I have given clarifying any delivery issues have been passed on and that my parcel will be delivered the following day. This has not happened. I do not find this acceptable in any way. I have paid for the order and the delivery. If my order has not been received by Monday 13th I will report the items as stolen and will not be placing any future orders with Field and Trek. I will expect a full refund.

The trainers were a 4.5size but more like a 3.5', the jacket still had a serurity tag on it which I cannot remove. Have sent back both items at a cost of £11.50. So I am very disappointed. Do not know when replacements will arrive.

Hi had to say poor as I have not received my order and ordered next day delivery as I needed it for last Saturday still has not arrived. Would you please refund the cost of next day delivery and inform me when I can expect my order

Shockingly bad service! I paid for next day delivery which never happened! No phone number to contact a member of staff! What a joke! Customer service can only be contacted by email which never gets replied to! Will never use again! Not only Field and Trek but all of the companies that belong to Mike Ashley!

Ordered Mens Size 11 walking boots - got one 11 and one 8. Karrimoor has waterproof lining written inside boot - guess what they get wet wet wet inside. Overall - absolute rubbish. Do not buy from Field and Trek as they are actually Sports Direct and you know they are horrendous and don't don't buy Karrimor unless you want soggy feet!

sells an item at one price online but sends the item with another lower price attached. Pen marks on the material and poorly packed. I will never shop at field and trek again!

Ordered size 8 got size 6 now I've got the aggro of wasting my time going to p office to send them back. At least you could arrange for them to be collected!!!!!!
