The jacket I ordered arrived with a faulty zip. Your company eventually and reluctantly gave me a freepost address for me to return it rather than expecting me to pay postage costs. The ski pants arrived with a price tag lower than I had paid and on requesting a refund of the difference was told that the company would make more effort in future to take off these tags so that customers aren't aware they are paying more over the internet for items than store prices!

Bought walking socks, first time of use they tore whilst putting them on. Not due to being tight as they are very roomy. Have never had that with socks before,my finger just went straight through material. Also material catches easily on Velcro and damages. Shame as were very comfortable to wear. Will be returning.

Haven't received my parcel due to the delivery company used. The courier quit and no one knows where my parcel is. Tried to email field and trek customer services regarding this but got an automated email back telling my parcel had been dispatched. Couldn't find a telephone number anywhere to discuss this with someone. Poor customer service.

It's still not here money came out of my account on the 13th January and we are on the 18th and still not here and no contact from you as to why!!!!

Ordered some Asolo boots but arrived damaged (there was a 3 inch knife cut through the material). Would have thought the items would have been checked before being dispatched. I have returned the boots and hopefully they can be exchanged.

My tee shirts should have arrived on Monday. I paid 3.99 which is a lot for a small parcel like that. Yodel have now got it in there Wednesbury depot rather that Southampton where they promised it would get to yesterday. This is a farce. First it went to Bristol on Saturday. I would would like a refund of my delievery charges, and you should ask Yodel for the same.

I ordered two shirts (XXL size); nowhere on the ad did it mention 'slim fit'. The shirts arrived, they don't fit and I am extremely annoyed. If you had a phone number that the public could call I would have telephoned you before now. It's a very unusual company that doesn't tell the public its phone number. Items not received and customer services a complete waste of time sent about six different emails just the same automated response I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere shocking way to deal with people

Dreadful experience,i ordered four items only 3 turned up and none of them fit.Cost me £3.99 to have delivered even though the advert you sent said free delivery if i spent over £50 and then cost nearly £13 to return.Will not use again.

The product (a Terra Nova Discovery Bivi Bag) was well priced, especially with the additional New Year 20% discount, and eventually delivered well-packaged in excellent order. When the order did not arrive, due to problems with the carrier, the customer service from Field and Trek and their carrier, Yodel, was absolutely dreadful. Field and Trek mainly seem to use an automated and pretty useless email customer service response system and have no means of direct human contact (a telephone number!). Yodel only have an expensive phone line, an email chat line that is forever unavailable and a tracking system that - once the package is with a courier - provides no means to actually track the package. Yodel's promised delivery day came and went, as did the second day. Except on the second day Yodel's courier claimed to have attempted delivery and left a calling card - a complete fabrication (err, a lie!). Finally, at that point Yodel's system gave me the courier's phone number which I duly rung; he cut the conversation short (err, hung up) and eventually sent a text. Texted my details to ensure the courier actually went to the right house and package finally delivered on third day he had it – just about in the five days Field and Trek promised. Oh, and the final personal email response from Field and Trek was that I should take up the delayed delivery matter with the courier - somehow they seem to have forgotten that my purchase and delivery contract was with them. It is a great pity that Sports Direct has absorbed the name and business of Field and Trek without its customer focussed ethos. In short, DO NOT EVER USE Field and Trek's ON-LINE ORDERING - unless, that is, you really like banging your head against the wall as the only means of masking the pain of sheer frustration.

Not disappointed with Field & Trek's part of the purchase but with Yodel's. The tracking information they sent me said that the parcel was with the courier and was to be delivered on the 05/01/15 (it's the 08/01/15 today). I still haven't received the parcel and I'm not able to get a new delivery day confirmation, or rearrange delivery, as they can't do that until they have tried to deliver the package at least once (therefore the package has been with the courier since Monday and he still hasn't managed to attempt to deliver it four days later!) Dump Yodel and get a better, professional logistics company onboard!

Very disappointed with the walking boots that arrived 06.01.15 after ordering them 31.12.14 responding to a flash sale email. I returned these goods as, on opening them on the day of delivery I discovered them to be second hand, used goods. As could be easily see there is dirt / mud on the soles. The yellow ASOLO logo on the inner sole of the boot has been all but rubbed off by the heel of person that has walked in them for some considerable distance. They are very much not with the best will in the world, shop soiled goods but actually second hand significantly used boots. Am awaiting contact ( 08.01.14 ) to confirm that my cost of postage to return these faulty goods will be reimbursed and I will receive an offer of the choice of a complete reimbursement or replacement I am very upset by this passing off of used goods as new

Places an order for salamon speedcross trainers got confirmation email, then later on the order was cancelled. If you don't have the item in stock then don't let me order it, the order should have been honoured as it wasn't my mistake was it

Having been sent a garment with a security tag attached, I found that I could not phone the company to ask for help and could only email. The response to this was that I would get an answer within 1 to 5 days - possibly more at busy times. Not at all helpful just 6 days before Christmas! At the time of writing this, I have not had any response at all, 2 days later - very unhappy as will struggle to get a replacement now so close to the big day!!

I placed my order 10 days ago and still have not received it. Pretty poor delivery service!! Hopefully it will come in the next day or so as need the delivery for the weekend.
