I was notified about 4 days ago that my purchase had been dispatched but I am yet to receive it! Not a satisfied customer at present.

This order is beginning to turn into a nightmare. Yodel say they despatched the item from their service centre on 1/12. In half an hour it was returned there. At 1850 that evening it was again returned to the service centre. The following morning it was again sent out but returned in the afternoon because of an alleged problem with the address. What is going on? Please sort yourselves out. Do you really want my custom?

Garment came after quite a wait and electronic tag still on it, too late to return had to use all manner of tools on it to release it. tried to feedback direct but the contact us for F&T is too complicated and eventually lost all my words as i has to change the reason title for contact (there is no complaint one, and the faulty item required you to return the goods). The items were not so cheap anyway and feel the overall service and support has let them down.

Ordered 14 running mugs for Xmas presents. Delivered by Yodel in thin plastic bag. 4 Handles broken!! Terms and conditions state I have to return "faulty" goods at my expense. Waiting for a reply from aftersales team!!

You failed to deliver my ourchase and then took it back and cancelled my order, awful service, have unsubscribed and will not ourchase from you again.

The gloves I was sent arrived with a store security disc attached which needs a special tool to remove it. Still waiting for advice as to how this can be done.

Paid for 1 day delivery and stayed in until 9pm that day. No delivery, no phone call to tell me. Package arrived a day later. All the plastic bags inside package had been ripped open and tags missing from some stuff. Free gift of a cheap and nasty mug inside package smashed to bits. Awesomely bad service. No apology after emailing. Staff are on zero hours contracts and their boss is a billionaire. In their shoes I would probably not give a damn about customers either.

The jacket was way too small for a short skinny 11 year old when it is labelled for a 13 year old. The customer service phone number on the bag is not working. The Customer service number for sports Direct Customer services didn't respond when I selected a department/ extension number number. I was left waiting for the reception to answer. No response. I apparently have to pay to send back a jacket that is patently incorrectly sized. Hows that for starters? Very disappointed with a company that I would have unhesitatingly endorsed some years ago.

Ordered a new pair of grey walking shoes recieved a pair of used green caked in mud and dirt shoes. They were vile!! The fact that someone had clearly replaced the paper in the shoes to send them!! Horrid experience as well with customer service girl had total attitude!! Still waiting for my refund utter nightmare!! Will NEVER use this awful company again!! Abysmal experience!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of size14 long trousers. 2 pairs of 14 reg trousers arrived. I had to pay return postage, and asked for 14 long to be provided. Next parcel arrived, with, yet again, 14 reg inside. So yet again, I'm paying return postage, which they will not refund. I have totally given up on them being able to supply the correct size! Buyers beware! Not a bargain once you've paid 2 lots of postage! Would never buy from them again

Very poor service, the delivery was delayed for nearly a month, because you said one item (of three) was out of stock, but no attempt to deliver the other two items. When they turned up it was obvious from the tags that they were all from a shop, not stock. They were all supposed to be the same size (following your sizing guide on your website), mens shorts - large. Two pair were 34 inch waist, one pair 36 inch. Two pairs had to be returned, and you even have the cheek to have the customer pay the return postage. very poor service, you could learn a lot from other on-line retailers. I will not be purchasing from you again.

Specifically chose walking boots that were described as synthetic and did not contain leather according to the trek and field website, as I am vegan. When they arrived - made of leather. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Did not realise Field and Trek is part of the SPORTS DIRECT group. Latter has a bad (reported in media) reputation for Customer Service and treatment of staff. At time of ordering, to get free postage and packing you had to spend over £100 - which is silly when you are buying something costing £99. Add something to your basket that costs less than £4 and it becomes a freebie since you are paying the same even though more effort/cost is required from F&T. Then, to annoy, they send an email with: "Standard UK mainland delivery is only £3.99 when spending up to £49.99 where you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days. When you spend £50.00 to £99.99 delivery wil be only £1.99. To be eligible for Free UK delivery simply add any products to your basket to the value of £100.00 or higher and your delivery will automatically be free!" HOWEVER, items were delivered within a few days. UPDATE. Problem with BOOTS (caused blisters). F&T did not reply to first contact. Eventually responded to second attempts BUT totally glib and apathetic. Rating therefore downgraded to VERY POOR.

Order has not been delivered. No telephone number for customer services, you have to email them and it takes 1-2 days for them to respond, they ignore what you have emailed them. I kept being told my order had been delivered to a neighbour despite me advising that I have contacted my neighbours and nothing delivered! 5 days later still no delivery or refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are terrible!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for next day delivery. That was fine, they arrived. BUT the entire bottom of the package was wet. Meaning the shoes were. This is inside the courier bag, which was watertight and undamaged. Really poor that it would be sent out like that.

Not good experience, yodel text me to let me know my delivery was expected I stayed up from a night work waiting at 14:30 I received a text stating they could not deliver the parcel as I was not in but they had left a card with instructions for another delivery, they did not call, nor was I left a card I went onto the website could not get a telephone number so rebooked for delivery the next day, again waited up no delivery another text stating I was not in and they had left a card, no card left no one came, I went onto the website of Trek and Field and the only telephone number I could find put me through to Romford Shop, they were not very helpful said it was nothing to do with them, they gave me a telephone number and when I phoned this number it turned out to be a Building Society or something similar. I googled Yodel and managed to get a telephone number for them in Manchester, I am in Kent! phoned them a young man said someone would call me back, they did not, several phone calls and several hours later I managed to speak to a lady who was very helpful and said my delivery would be with me on day three, I was, the driver eventually arrived with my delivery, I asked him if he had trouble finding my house and he spoke in broken English, not my problem, different driver, REALY!!!!! the delivery was all there and in one piece, although there was a very nasty large cup which was a unwanted gift, I was going to return it but I would have had to pay postage and it was very heavy. Never again.

Unfortunately i cant give any higher than a 1 star rating as i still have not recieved my boots after almost a week. This is not entirely field and treks fault as the courier yodel has misplaced my parcel however i feel they could have done more such as despatching some new boots and then i could have returned the extra pair if they ever turn up. As it stands at the moment i have spent 50 odd quid on nothing.

Quick delivery for sure. And the 5 items match my orders. So 5 stars there. But I have an issue with one of the items and there is NO WAY for me to contact customer support. I am not sure if returning is the best option. I was thinking of exchanging but there is NO INFO AT ALL on their site about exchanges. Because of the TOTAL lack of customer support, this company deserves 1 star only. It is INFURIATING not being able to sort out a problem, not being able to talk to someone. Will NEVER use again.
