Our package arrived with an item missing, and now we are trying to find the order confirmation email only to realise we never received one. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

found some walking boots online but F&T couldn't supply in store. ordered both pairs of boots - same size same make - one fitted and the other didn't. was told to get refund at sports direct, but they'd only give credit note because it was bought through F&T. later found the boots were available from sports direct via Amazon half the price they'd been on F&T. all a bit of a shambles.

Really poor service. Ordered a number of items but when they arrived they were priced up for sports direct and not at the same price A's I paid. Then to finish it all off the £100 coat had two security tags in the pockets. Wouldn't use Trek & Field again A's they still haven't resolved the issue.

Totally unacceptable service: The goods I ordered were despatched via Yodel on 24th September. On 25th September Yodel put the parcel on a van but did not attempt to deliver it. On 26th and 27th September they claim to have attempted delivery but that is untrue. They did not leave cards as they claim. I rescheduled delivery for 29th but it was not sent out. Now they have deleted it from their tracking system. I now find that Field and Trek have no telephone numbers to contact them and their email is just an automated system which send irrelevant replies. I have paid for goods which have not been supplied and have wasted a lot of time in the process. I will now have to waste more time trying to recovering my money.

Appalling! I ordered some boots which came the wrong size. I could only obtain a phone number by searching the internet for "poor service". I was given a freepost address, but not told it would take up to a fortnight. I only found out with a second call. They will not be here in time for my holiday, and will arrive while I am away (if they do). Given my luck with this company they will not leave with a neighbour and I shall be further inconvenienced.

Four out of the five products were damaged. Have contacted the team for a resolution, but after 48 hours I've had no response. In this time of online trading this is perceived as poor service. Additionally the request for feedback arrived whilst I'm waiting for a resolution. I suggest you link up your CRM system so you don't put customers in a position to give you negative feedback. Sorry. Phil

Tried to return my items, which included asking if I could return them personally by driving to the Mansfield address, to which they replied that they had to be returned through the post! Large delivery costs meant it was unfeasible and then stated only credit note would be given if returned to store. Surely this can't be right under distance selling?

After next day delivery was asked for I waited for a dispatched status but none after 2 days, still said processing. No phone number to phone and ask and only an internet portal to send an e-mail to. With ridiculously a 1-5 day time limit for a response!!! I still have not had a response 6 days later! I had to scour the internet to find a phone number to call and finally found someone talking about a link with Amazon Field and Trek at a glance. After talking to someone was all sorted and goods arrived a day late! Admittedly I was refunded but all in all a pathetic portal and bad customer facing from Field and Trek, will seriously think if I will ever use them again

I was charged £27.99 for a Berghaus fleece. When it was delivered it had a Sports Direct price tag of £24.99. I was also charged delivery costs. If I'd have known I could get it cheaper less than 2 miles from my home address I wouldn't have purchased online and waited around for delivery.

I have used Field and Trek several times before without any problem although delivery is not quick. This time however the service was exceptionally poor and I will think very carefully about using them again. I made an order for a sleeping bag and rucksack. I selected overnight delivery and paid the extra charge. Despite it leaving the warehouse on time it wasn't delivered the following day. The day after that it was still not showing as out for delivery so I contacted F&T using the only option open to customer - an online form! I got a generic response advising that the item had been dispatched. I called the yodel who advised that they have been given 3 days to get it delivered, but that they would contact the local office to see if they could get it out in the afternoon. I then tried submitting another online for to F&T. Yodel returned my call to say that they would get it out in the afternoon which was great, but then several hours later F&T replied to the form to say that they were sorry and that they'd cancelled the order and would provide a refund. I remain very unhappy about several things: 1) why offer next day delivery, take an extra fee and then give yodel three days to deliver. 2) if customers are so important, why not give them a means to speak to someone at F&T 3) if someone had called me I could have explained the up to date state of play. As it happened my daughter went off to scout camp without the correct kit and no one seems to care at F&T. Think very carefully before using this company.

Ordered a pair of scapa boots, they arrived fine, but were the wrong size, sent them back for the size ordered and was dumbfounded to find that the exact same had happened again! Not great.

I will be contacting customer services separately but decided to complete this too. I made an order to be sent to my friend. Why have you sent an email on my email address to my friend asking for feedback? Really bad, especially when you failed to send her the right product, twice. Really poor service by Field and Trek. Especially galling to have to pay return postage when Field and Trek sent the wrong size, twice.

Your delivery driver didn't knock on my door, I was in all day and did not put note through my door. I got an email saying my parcel had been delivered to no 14 ullswater close who then sent his son to deliver them to me but instead he left them outside number 22.. Very poor service.

I bought a gelert pioneer 4 man tent online. I had to wait in all day for deliver, the tent was finally delWhen I put it up

Paid the extra for next day delivery. By the end of the next day no delivery. Next day + 1 no delivery. Finally Next day + 2 order delivered. I was not notified of the delay and only got info after I had to enquire about my order. Very poor customer service.

An item I ordered was faulty so had to be returned. What I found unacceptable was that I had to actually pay to return faulty goods! I will not be using Field and Trek again unfortunately.
