The service offered by Yodel is poor, the nearest depot is 28 miles from Plymouth (population 275,000). I would rather pay extra to use Royal Mail, depot in Plymouth. I will not use field and trek again until Royal Mail is used

Very poor - I ordered three t shirts for 2.99 each with £4 postage two were faulty on receipt and I have returned them costing another £4 and heard nothing from you about replacements or refund of postage under distance selling laws. I often buy gear on the Web but yours is the worst I have seen. I would not use you again and would not recommend. Could you send good quality replacements and refund my postage ASAP.

Paid extra for next day delivery for item to eventually turn up 5 days later! Despite contacting you twice, no response forthcoming. Very disappointing.

I have always been very pleased with my previous orders from this company. However, I placed my last order (ref. no. FT40000017475289 on July 7th., specifying, and paying, for next day delivery, and I still have not received the item which was required for Friday 10th. July. Yodel suggest it was an error with the address and were sending it back to the sender (Sports Direct). After contact with Yodel they have not suggested an alternate delivery date, and after an initial reply from Sports Direct my subsequent emails have gone unheeded Margaret Waltham

I placed an order (FT40000014765444) and wanted to use the click and collect service so that I could qualify for your "£5 voucher to spend in store" offer. However, your website would only direct me to Collect+ locations. None of your shops would show up - even if I put in the postcode of an actual shop. I qualified for free delivery anyway so opted to get it delivered to my home address but would've preferred to collect it from one of your shops as I am at work all day in the city centre. I emailed customer service to ask for a voucher but they said: "this is only available for click and collect delivery" Unbelievable! Talk about over promise and under deliver. These kind of incidents just create a negative association.

The parcel I received had an item missing and contained an item I had not ordered. The items sent were poorly packaged in old ripped polythene bags. The Field and Trek website is useless. The site will tell you that the items you want are in stock, After making an order and completing the payments process, Field and Trek cancel items from your order and then do not give you the option of cancelling the order and reclaiming your payments. When I sent an email complaing about the missing item, I was sent an email asking me to complete some forms and take pictures of the packaging I had received and send it to Field and Trek within two days. The pdf and the doc files could not be opened and did not work to made it impossible to complete them. The whole process is overly complicated and I suspect it is designed to discourage customers from pursuing complaints or claiming for missing items. I would certainly not recommend that anyone orders anything from this very poor quality online retailer. Stay away from them they will cost you more money than they will save you.

Crag Nosi men's trousers ordered were XL (sizing chart indicated this was UP TO 38" waist), but we're MUCH too small for my 36/37" waist and very short in leg length Emailed F&T customer services asking whether XXL might fit me. Got a response 24 hrs later not addressing my question at all, but telling me I could return trousers to my local shop despite having been purchased online. Visited Guildford shop next day only to be met with blank expressions by staff who knew nothing and offered no help. Have now posted back to F&T, but expect XXL still to be too small (if only they could be bothered to read my email question and tell me if the XXL are correctly sized per their own sizing chart !) and will have therefore to return again incurring not only original delivery charge, but also 2 return-postage fees ! Not impressed either with item purchased or intelligence of customer services.

I ordered saucony running tights, described with a pink piece down the side. The piece was actually orange which I found very disappointing as I particularly wanted pink!

I received the goods last week and they are all really poor quality. Furthermore this company is, in essence, Sports Direct! 2 items were faulty also. I have tried to contact them but there is no phone number on the website so there is no chance to speak to anyone. I have tried to email them but they still haven't responded. To add insult to injury, to return these items Field and Trek won't allow you to go to the shop (i.e. local Sports Direct) even though they are owned by them. They expect you to send the items (via registered post) even if they are faulty. The cost for this would be around £20 for me. They are a faceless organisation and I am hoping that the several emails I have sent to day will eventually be picked up by someone.

Paid for next day delivery but as I was at work and Yodel driver flatly refused to try my neighbours I didn't get parcel. Yodel driver left card saying would deliver following day 1 to 3 ONLY so I arranged to take long lunch to be at home and also spoke to yodel office and said if I was out to deliver to neighbour who was at home all day. Yodel came at 11.30 and didn't bother trying neighbour who had seen him arrive and gone to her door only to see him drive off. Parcel then returned to depot after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts! I have now cancelled order and emailed Mike Ashley who owns Fueld and trek and have not even gad courtesy of a reply! Oh and to add insult to injury I found product for £20 less on Spirts Direct site.... Also owned by Mr Ashkey!

I ordered 2 pairs of walking boots (mens/ladies) - when I received my confirmation email I also saw that i was being sent a FREE mug and magazine - excellent! :) ... When my order arrived the magazine contained a free sample of fat burning tablets, the packet had split and covered my order with the powdered contents. The mug appeared to be quite useless when in more than 50 pieces... (this could of course be due to the delivery company and the items were free anyway). I opened my boots to find I had been supplied with the DISPLAY stock (labelled on the box) and also several marks... If i was not in need of these for a trip in 2 days time they would be going back.

I would like to write a review on my new Boots, had I got them, but because you specify a signature is required and they can only be delivered to my house, I have not received them yet. I have 1, a job, and 2, a life, so have missed two attempted deliveries. Very difficult to speak to a human at F&T or Yodel delivery service to sort out. Too much hassle to order from you again.

I was very disappointed not to receive my walking shoes I ordered due to the courier not being able to deliver. I don't know where he went but there is always some one at home in the mornings. I'm led to believe it was 11.30am. very disappointed. Patricia Law.

Karrimor Orkney Pants arrived with Security Tag attached. According to the Returns Advice form we are expected to pay for postage to send back the item to have Security Tag removed. I am not happy about this as I shouldn't have to pay for the trouble of getting the Security Tag removed.

We ordered a tent on 20 JAN, and the money was deducted from our account on 21-01. There was a 5 day delivery. To date(30/01/2015), we still have not received the tent. After e-mailing several times, as there is no phone Nu, they explained 1 week ago the tent was with the courier....7 days later it has still not arrived. When asking to combine postage....this also seems impossible... We asked for a phone Nu to discuss, as I am keen to get a refund, and buy a tent elsewhere....no response yet.... The Jan sale is nearly over and there are other companies still selling the same Overrule very poor customer service. I would appreciate if they can contact me to discuss as requested.
