I bought some boots that were to big, returned them to change them, you did not have the correct size in stock and refused to give me a refund!

Bought a muddy fox bike from you, forks bent on delivery, impossible to talk to your bike team, emails not answered, phoned sports direct and told would be sorted 1 week later still nothing -YOU HAVE FAILED MISERABLY. I still have a bike that cannot be built, I am still waiting for a courier to collect then I will still have to wait for another to be delivered -and you took £150 out of my account two weeks ago. NOT IMPRESSED.

I haven't received everything I ordered and paid for. Still waiting for 4 items and the customer service is not replying me.

My parcel was due to arrive on Tuesday. It didn't arrive. I used Hermes tracking and saw that a delivery attempt was made at lunchtime, when I was in. I heard nobody and no card was left. The same thing happened yesterday. Hermes tracking said a delivery attempt had been made around 4.30, when I was in. Again, no card was left. Hermes suggest I get in touch with you and not with them to investigate further. I find this hard to understand as their online tracking service says the parcel is with them. I looked at the email I got from you and it's a 'do not reply' email address. Completely rubbish service all round.

What went right? Vouchers that didn't work and took 3 months to get sorted out, after much pushing from me and stonewalling from Field & Trek. Finally found some kit that I wanted to get and ordered it. The kit was great, mainly because Field & Trek don't make it, they just sell it, so there is no input around kit quality, (unless it is Karrimor I suppose.) First: Go to store to collect the kit, queue for 20minutes only to get told "Oh no, you have to go upstairs to collect orders". So off upstairs to hang around for another 15minutes, then finally get the kit, after more hanging about with staff who must struggle to do up their shoelaces before they go to work. Second: The jacket was fine, one jacket ordered, one jacket delivered. Unfortunately the Glo-sticks went wrong. Two boxes became two singles, at roughly 20x the cost of a normal single - sounds like a deal to me! I informed them immediately expecting, naively, that it would be sorted out without any bother. No such luck. E-mails ignored, again (there is a bit of a theme going on here.) I finally had to return to the store, totally wiping out any 'deal' due to the distance involved, and try to explain to the staff what had happened. Eventually the message got through, it appears that it was my fault, I need to understand that the order print-out in the warehouse is a little vague, and therefore the glo-stick order that reads 2-boxes, is easily misinterpreted as 2 glo-sticks at the bargain price of £9.99 each. Amazing as the whole box was meant to be £2.99 for 24. All in all a stunningly inept performance from Field & Trek and Sports Direct. Will I buy from them again? Probably not, there is a Trespass store directly opposite, and they are helpful rather than obstructive, and I don't really like slamming my fingers in the door more than once. I know it hurts and don't really want to go there again! Marks out of ten?! Er, well, at a push I might give one, mainly due to the fact that the parcel was packed in a plastic bag, and also had a packing note inside. Bostin!!

The returns asked us to send 3 towels back registered post. It would have cost us more than the order. I won't be ordering from them again.

With lots and lots of other clothing suppliers doing free overnight delivery, I ordered items to be delivered to a local sports direct shop which takes 5-7 days!!!! and costs £4.99p. Field and trek website directs you to the non existent Yeomans store at Trentham Gardens, You need to change your website info or tell people that they are actually buying from Sports Direct. Still not been delivered to store.

I have placed the order twice. Spent all Wednesday at home waiting for the deliver which didn't arrive. Spent 2 hours on the phone on Thursday trying to track my order and then re-ordering for today and still have not received. Absolutely shocking. I really hope someone will fix this for me

A the minute been asked to write a review on a product I haven't received and have no idea when it's coming??? Other than a nomitaed courier and a order placed status, so find this somewhat unsettling

By choosing Hermes to deliver the parcel the courier has to get a signature either from me or my neighbours. I was out at the time of delivery as indeed were my neghbours so he kept the parcel. I rang him to find out when he could deliver it in future. He was unable to identify a time other than some vague morning or afternoon to which I cannot commit. My guess is the parcel will end up back with you so I hope I will get a refund. Very frustrating.

Paid for next day delivery well within the 7pm cut off time, waited in all day, nothing received. Emailed company regarding this, no reply.... Will continue to push for return of my £6.99 for next day delivery which they failed to honour, but not holding out much hope....

Everything went wrong - worst service in years. Ordered on Monday, paid £6.99 for next day delivery for Tuesday. No despatch note, no delivery, no response whatsoever to completing online contact forms and sending several e-mails for 3 days. Still no goods and no answer as at Thursday night. Absolutely terrible company, first and last time used. You have £105 of my hard earned money - I have nothing at all and can't even contact the company. All the promotional e-mails are reaching me and the automated request for feedback but nobody has had the courtesy to get back to me. Absolutely disgraceful service at best - outright theft at worst.

I haven't received the package though I'm told by your delivery company website and texts that I have. Your delivery service left no notice of where they've left it and I can't get in touch with anyone at Field and Trek or Hermes to find out where it is.

By mistake I've ordered a XL boys didn't know there was such a thing! I guess there is no point sending back as the P&P was an extortionate £4-99. I'll never order again as the P&P is to expensive so I can't sent a mistake order back. May as well just go to the shop in town and buy to save any mistakes and expensive P&P. It's not the first time I've had problems ordering on the Feild & Track website so Twice bitten never again. I'll be removing myself from the mail list.

I brought a vango tent from field and trek and presumed I would be happy with it except due to manufacturing fault it lets in water. I have contacted the customer services team and received no response at all. Extremely disappointing! Regards Emma Saxon
