“I ordered two pairs of trainers one puma jago Black and red and one puma jago shadow, both size 10. I received one puma jago shadow size 10 and one hot tuna splasher size 8. I have tried contacting by email and no response and today by phone many times with no joy being told that you are very busy before being hung up on. Invoice number FT40000038862813. “Awful company! Failed to deliver next day, 5 emails sent to advise order was no longer required as they didn't dispatch in time. No response at all. Now lodging complaint with PayPal. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, I wish I'd read the reviews about them before ordering.”

“10 days after ordering only received acknowledgement of order. Forwarded 2 requests on company contact forms for delivery information. No reply. Will try to cancel this order but not confident this will happen. Will never use again.”

“Item was sent and received no problem. However the item was faulty, the screen was intermittent. As such the item was returned promptly (same day) with returns information indicating faulty and replacement. The return was received the following day upon receipt a refund (less delivery cost or return postage) was made by Field and Trek stating that I have 'Changed my Mind', completely false. After that they have predictably refused to reply to several emails evidently choosing instead to limit their loses by refusing to adhere to the Sales of Good Act providing a replacement and reimbursing return postage leaving me out of pocket.”

“Wrong item delivered. Your error yet you expect customer to pay postage at premium rate to return. There is no one to speak to on your customer service or website either. Not easy to resolve a simple problem”

“Very poor customer service. I cancelled my order and filled in the contact form on their website and sent numerous emails. But they never got back to me and processed my order two days after I cancelled it. I had to return the product (which I originally cancelled and they failed to respond to me). I just hope they give me my full refund, I will never purchase from them ever again!”

“I ordered on Tuesday & was given an estimated delivery date of Friday. The tracking information for the courier updated on Friday to show "due to be delivered today". It is now Monday afternoon and I have still not received my delivery.”

“Hermes there delivery service field and trek use were suppose to delivery today(29th july) as had a email and it was suppose to be before 4pm but hasn't arrived and there's no explanation! So maybe I might get my things maybe I won't who knows!”
