I ordered a pair of trail running shoes but changed my mind on the colour and because an order cannot be changed once placed I requested a cancellation (twice) by emailing customer services. I'm still waiting for any response from customer services and in the meantime the shoes have been dispatched, customer services seem to be non-existent or thinly manned!!

Paid for next day delivery on a size 6 pair of ladies walking shoes. A size 5 pair were delivered even though both box and shoe clearly said size 5. Emailed customer service as no contact telephone number available. No one even bothered to respond. Had to pay a further £2.95 to return the incorrect item which was a present for my wife. Come on F&T and sort this mess out please. Full refund of all postage paid and prompt replacement of correct size as ordered. Your last chance to rectify this mess. Disgruntled customer.

You sent the wrong colour trainers and despite my emailing you twice you have not responded. I still want the correct colour and have had to return the trainers at my cost despite it not being my fault. You advise customers to return by registered post. Since the trainers were over £50, this cost me an additional £8.55. That means I have paid around £15.50 in postage and still no shoes!!!!!

Parcel thrown over side gate. Note pushed thru door to say thrown over side gate! It's been raining heavily. Thanks. Bag must have caught on gate on way over. Water in bag. Not impressed.

Suggest you change carrier. DPD failing to deliver then expecting the client to sort the mess. Rubbish service from DPD and so far no response from Field and Trek. Paid up front and received nothing to date- except excuses! Where’s my order ???

The ease of ordering on the website is great. Prompt delivery and the great value for money is without question but the total lack of any workable customer services does not encourage you to want to use this company again. Having bought two ski for m,y girls, one arrived with the ski pant braces missing. I don't want to return the whole outfit, I just want to get the braces that should be included. However, despite numerous emails this simple request seems to have gone unanswered. Automate to improve your service not negate any service.

I placed an order, one of the items was not available (for their responsibility), I asked to cancel the order and then redo it with an object similar to the one that was missing, not even they answered. I will not buy anything from them anymore.

I ordered the item on monday morning and paid £6.99 for.next day delivery and my item arrived thursday afternoon! This was for my 7yr olds first overnight school trip and was needed for thursday morning so i had to drag my 6 month old around the shops in the snow to buy another one. Please refund my account. Thankyou

I ordered a jacket which arrived unfortunately it had a faulty pocket. I have returned the jacket for exchange. You have confirmed receiving the jacket, however I have not received a replacement or refund.

You are the most impossible company to contact. My order has not arrived and I am having to deal with your parent company, SportsDirect to get answers. Being Lowe on the service ladder than SportsDirect is quite an accolade. Congratulations

As I'm still waiting for the item I ordered to get to store, being asked for a review is a tad premature, however paying £5 for click and collect into store is a complete rip off especially when no indication is given of how long it will take. Other stores click and collect is so you don't pay delivery charges and you know when it will arrive. All in all so far very imsatisfie

Ordered Helly Hansen Ski Jacket. It arrived with the large security device still fitted in the pocket. Had to cut the lining of the pocket to get it out as I needed it immediately for a ski trip. V V V Disappointed. Wont buy from you again.
