“The mats look good ,unfortunately they are supposed to be fitted,which is why you pay a premium. Mine don't fit as they are to thick to go under floor clips which means they slip around under the pedals whilst driving which is dangerous. Having been in talks with the supplier iam told they cannot be returned because I choose the premium mat where I chose the pipping . So my custom mat is in the back of a dust cart this morning. 🙃”

“1 Star is the minimum I could leave should be 0, orders there finest mats for my Audi A5 arrived late put them in my car to travel 23 miles wearing leather shoes and the they lost the carpet where my foot sits ??? Got I work sent an email to them so they had been in the car for 45mins this is there response Hello, Thanks for your patience. Yes, we have been advised by our factory that this is due to heavy footing or using work boots etc, nothing we can do about this. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Regards --- Absolutely useless product and customer service”

“Overall happy with purchase. Problem with drivers mat as securing holes not in the right place but mat replaced and new one fits. I thank F.C.Ms for their prompt action in replacing the faulty mat and would recommend them as a good company to deal with.”

“Really good product at a very competitive price. I chose the mats with a red stripe around the edge + it makes the interior pop A nice upgrade for not a huge amount of money, and custom made for your car. What's not to like definitely recommend”
