“30 odd pound i expected better, i orderd it with a red out line and it did not come with that, i can not be botherd to have the haste of sending them back so it’s a gift that’s not what i originally wanted”

“The mats look good ,unfortunately they are supposed to be fitted,which is why you pay a premium. Mine don't fit as they are to thick to go under floor clips which means they slip around under the pedals whilst driving which is dangerous. Having been in talks with the supplier iam told they cannot be returned because I choose the premium mat where I chose the pipping . So my custom mat is in the back of a dust cart this morning. 🙃”

“Order no. FCM2486712 are not suitable for me. They are far too slippery no matter what sort of footwear I have. They look OK but are no use to me. I have taken them out of the car altogether.”

“Rear mats font fit in the footwell correctly When emailed to complain i was asked for a million diff pictures and evidence which i provided 3 different ones and this still was not resolved Delivery took FOREVER also Dont use this company”

“Mats were fine but customer service is awful have been chasing an invoice for the product since July sometimes they’re never answer and sometimes they just say I will pass on!! Very disappointing. Still no invoice.”

“Mats arrived not as described without holes which means they move about under your feet. When I complained that they were not as per the picture on website I was asked to pay return postage for their incorrect description. Very misleading website and poor customer service to rectify their mistake. Would not deal with this company again.”

“The quality of the mats is really good however the fit is pretty poor. The front ones are ok but the driver one is slightly out, the back ones are terrible and I’ve had to roll them up into the footwell. Not happy overall.”

“I paid for the premium mats and was upgraded for free to the supreme. They arrived a couple of weeks later, and to be honest the quality of them was no different to a pair of £20 mats from Halfords, so I would say save your money.”
