The quality of mats a not bad but if you need these in a hurry don't order as they take an age to be shipped never mind delivered

Hi there, Thanks for leaving a review, we require 3-8 working days as advertised and showcased at checkout since we make these car mats as a custom tailored service. We do not mass-produce and keep these on the shelf I'm afraid. Thanks for purchasing and the kind words regarding the mat quality.

Poor quality! Too forever to arrive and fitting and clips too big to click in 🤣 never again.

This fitted my girlfriends ford fiesta ?!? She ended up with them as they were too short with the clips. Make sure you check the measurements. Quality excellent I can say and made beautiful. Also took over two weeks to come. Not sending back as a ford fiesta got the nicer look 🫣

The clips were incorrect for fixing and I put the correct make and reg in _ I didn't chase as they took quite a while to get to me

Quality not good enough. Straight out of the packet the passenger side mat’s plastic clip was completely loose and fell out, leaving a hole in the mat. Use - drivers side after one week, all the stitching came out of the top. Rear seem fine - but they should be, i very rarely carry rear passengers.

The car mats themselves are great but the actual process in receiving them is diabolical. Info on delivery is rubbish and certainly takes longer than stated

Hi Leslie, During busy periods, we do require 3-9 working days. There can be a delay when a bank holiday as our factory is closed.

Delivery took two and half weeks unfortunately so wasn’t happy there when I could of gone local and bought similar quality mats for little bit more money. The quality was alright but wasn’t overly impressed with them and didn’t look like anything in picture with faint stripped pattern on (elite quality)

Hi Craig, Those stripes are made with a hoover, which can be done easily just as you'd do those stripes at home on the carpet :)

Don’t fit the car as requested. Have to squeeze them in resulting in a bubble in the middle of the mat

These mats took an age to get to us. They are already breaking on the driver footwell, would not recommend! Also the mats were two different colours, when we complained we were told it was the grain difference! It wasn't ! Offered a 10% discount but still not a good buy, wouldn't purchase again.

Ordered a set of Supreme mats on 17 July. Website states delivery in 2-8 working days (including 1-2 days for production, in UK seemingly). A day later I then received a msg from delivery company Evri stating "we expect to receive your item soon". Same tracking msg every day since! Last Friday I contacted FCM's C Services and got a quick reply implying that the issue was with Evri....it isn't, they don't have my mats. Promised a priority response but heard nothing more. There are many similar reviews on Google and Trustpilot so clearly they have major issues and offer misleading commitments on their website. WILL UPDATE AS AND WHEN I GET MY MATS!!

The mats I ordered were supposed to be Cataluna Red Trim, they arrived with a black trim. Please could you re-check my order as the invoice I have doesnt provide this level of information and i am disappointed as the interior of the car is a mix of black and red

2 week domestic delivery (website says up to 9 days) and the quality on the material on the 'Comfort' option is absolutely horrible. They do fit, though.

They advertised as next day dispatch but it is not. They advertised as 2-8 working day delivery but unfortunately that did not happen as well. I emailed them twice and asked to cancel and issue a refund because of the delay but they did not and only said wait for couple of more day and you will receive your order

Car mats are ok, service was poor and delivery was shocking. Website says same day dispatch although I waited 4 weeks for mines to arrive! When I asked for a refund I was told it’s too late.

They don't have a contact number. They are working with evri! Which is they are not professional delivery company I tried to contact both and they didn't know where is my parcel. I spend time to goo evri Enfield depot to ask my parcel. They said they don't know. Car mats is nice but delivery nightmare. Also it's coming very late. You need more customer support. Not automate message?!

Hi Ali, I'm afraid we don't provide a phone line at this time but we work 7 days a week with over 5 customer service agents who work across 7 days. If a call is required, you can contact us via email to let us know you'd like a call with us and we can call to assist you. I'm sorry about the delay you faced with the courier, while we've done everything we can to provide a free delivery service over ÂŁ20, it's very hard finding the right courier who can provide us a cost effective solution here. Due to the size of the mats, we'd hate to pass on cost's to our customers so the courier we use at this time is the only solution to ensure we can provide a free delivery service. Hi Douglas, Extremely sorry about the delay caused, your order was received, cut & processed the next very day but I'm afraid our courier Evri had issues which caused a few pallets of our orders in turn lost. We had to work on finding out what actually occurred but had to wait a few days as our account manager was away on annual leave. We've been informed they were lost and we turned quickly in getting these 4 pallets cut and processed, please expect them ASAP.
