“Quality is good but against price not satisfactory. Also, rear mats are small in size. Middle hunch area still uncovered. Not happy overall.”

“Bought for a Kona Hybrid. They arrived on time and information of delivery was good. Not very impressed with mats, even though I didn't buy the expensive ones, I did expect the mats to be fairly good quality, my mats are fairly thin, plus holes in mats do not match up with hooks in the car even though I checked through the online chat.”

“I’m sorry to say but Mats is not like as much quality as describe, All whole/lock is not accurate and also it’s peeled off as you can see the pictures. Anyhow it’s really disappointed. Thank you.”

Hi Allan, I'm sorry to hear, we clearly state the thickness for the mat type you've chosen here and have multiple choices for you to select when it comes to quality and you've gone with the lowest end. The price point for what you have selected, we can assure you would not be able to find anything better than this on the market for £13.99 - This includes VAT & a free delivery. I also cannot see any emails to our team regarding this. We look forward to your email and we'd be happy to see what we can do for you.

“Love my new car mats the only problem I have is the driver's mat keeps moving when I'm driving as there is nothing to stop the mat from coming off the peg attachment on the floor of the car my mats that came with the car had round clips which held it down to stop it from moving have sent emails have had replies and replied with info and pics then nothing payed £59 for them not a happy customer ticket00348”

“Im not happy with my purchase at all, ment to be luxury mats, but id say they're far from luxury. They could do with being a little bigger too, and they also dont come with the locking mechanism to stop them moving around. Iv contacted finest car mats via email, they asled for pictures, iv sent a photo but say theu have recieve the photo, but got my email. Not happy 1 bit”
