AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! These are scammers got false evri number set up and promised be here by 8/12 nothing no replies to emails I paid via Clearpay so hoping I can get my money back via them somehow !! Awful cowboys

Dont know where to start with these cowboys. Orderd matts for a tesla.model 3 nothing fancy so would have thought they'd be sent out quickly, 2 weeks later message or email, I then emailed them and they said 3 to 8 days from order, I said its 2 weeks and you have not even processed the order (I genuinely think they hope.customers forget and they keep the money), was told will be sent ASAP, 5 days later get confirmation matts delivered and im like how as I dont have them and guess what.they were delivered to wrong address. Was promised a replacement set, and now thats been almost 10days and I send messages daily asking where they are and now I am being ignored, 7 emails sent and being totally ignored, absolutely disgraceful company, ive raised with my credit company but I would stay well clear. Ryan if youre reading this then please show some professionalism and reply to my emails as this is fraud.

Purchase 16th June 2025. Mats did not fit Citroen C3 car , clips in holes of the mats did not fit the pegs on the floor. Asked for refund , company took payment of £36.98 after dispute raised with credit card payment & never replied to our requests for a refund. Very poor service from Finest car mats London. Buy from main dealer avoid Finest car mats offers . Dave Hart. SW Scotland.

I ordered my Car Mat 2 weeks ago, and still i didn't get any update from the company about my parcel. It seems like scam website or customer sevice is very pathetic. No phone number are given, no email reply.

Although when the mats arrived they seemed good I've had a problem, the original email was answered but the problem not solved, all subsequent emails have gone un- answered. This does not live up to their advertised promises and would avoid buying from this company

I ordered around 2 months ago. They couldn't deliver the parcell because I wasn't at home. My order has been returned. I wanted my money back.They never pay money back. And they only say sorry….

I selected the premium end of the range for my Kia Ceed and the communication and quality of the actual mats was within my expectations based on their marketing. Communication was good. However the mistake was ordering the special trim and strongly suggest you do not use this service. The sewing on the trim was appalling with as much as 10mm sections having been missed by the seamstress person. Absolutely the worst I have ever seen. I asked for replacement - rules state you cannot get full refund as they regard it as a special order - or a substantial discount. They offered 5 per cent saying I had already had 15 per cent discount - this was not a discount merely a sales marketing ploy given as standard to all sales so not a discount at all merely a sales enticement. I finally accepted 10 per cent discount because I wanted an end to it and the prevarications. I would never recommend this company and would certainly advise anyone not to have anything other than their standard black trim. To them I would highly recommend they check their products for quality before despatch.

When the mats were initially delivered I thought they looked great and they fit well. Unfortunately after 4 months the stitching started to come apart on the drivers mat footplate causing it to flap up when I’m driving. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement for this mat only, but was told as it was out of their 15 days returns policy there was nothing they could do! Even though the item is clearly faulty.

Compliant Still Ongoing Since 16 Feb 2024, this is the worse company in existence. Please avoid at all costs. My complaint was firstly about the quality of the matts degrading after minimal driving and less than two weeks or fitting them into my vehicle. The clip on the map has already broken and did so within the first two weeks and the rear mats still do not fit correctly even after placing my order on the website with the correct registration number of my car and sending multiple photos to them as requested to try and resolve the issue. However, the response has been that it's not their problems and it's outside of their returns policy of 15 days leaving me paying for some expensive top of the range mats that now look awful and do not fit my car. They have advised me to remove the mats from my vehicle and brush the dirt away, the clip is apparently meant to come off to stop damage to the cars carpet peg. As a professional car detailer, the issue is not dirt and brushing it back the other way, the issue is caused by the poor quality of product provided and I ordered the supreme/ top of the range matts. They have not committed to any response to the ill-fitting mats apart from they will get their department to investigate it. They clearly, do not care about the quality of service or product to the customer. As soon as they have your money, it is then not their problem. The Poor reviews have now become so bad and frequent, that they have removed Trustpilot off their website. I hope that the compliant keep coming, and that customer keep reporting the compliant on all platforms and this company should not be allowed to trade ad keep scamming customers as they currently are. I have read other customers complaints and some of the responses are aggressive, and nothing is of their own doing! I’ve fallen for the trick of this company and clearly not going to get any help or refund from them. I hope that by posting I help other customers use a more reputable/professional company when spending your hard-earned money.

Poor quality mats the edging trim coming away and they arrived without any fixings clips / velcro pads even though they are advertising they are supplied . They have offered me a 4pk of velcro pads via email . I responded straight back asking for replacement mats with velcro pads fitted at the factory but they replied the next day telling me the pads have been sent out . Would not recommend this company .

I ordered set of Essential and Rubber mats. First I got my delivery after 10 days and when I opened my package it only had a set of Essential mats. All 4 Rubber mats were missing

Ordered the Comfort Velour mats at £33.99, received some cheap terrible quality mats. They apologised and said they would send the correct mats. After many many emails, they just keep saying I have received them, which I have not. Now they are saying I only paid £17.99 so got what I paid for !! Awful service and just take your money. Avoid.
