Had an issue with the delivery company and eventually Finest Car Mats remedied the issue, but their communication was never great and they didn't seem to understand the issue. Once a replacement set of mats reached me I found that they are not great quality at all. Yes, they fit my car very well but the materials used are cheap, just the same as any £10 generic mats you would buy in a hurry. Very disappointed.

Order no #FCM1996012 Mats for Kia creed SH18KEU. Very disappointed with 1/ Quality. Poor is understating considering cost of nearly 37 pounds. 2/ The fit is abysmal. Lug holes far too wide and too small on the driver side to cover the floor. To return would be too high in cost to chance unsuitable outcome.

Really disappointed ☹️ very thin mats, quality is very low. Paid a fair price but could of got a lot cheaper on eBay and probably had better. Would not recommend

Mats sent where for wrong model of car and told I couldn't return them as they were customized. Terrible attitude to have since every part of the process is customized.

Nothing to sing and dance about the qulity. All they have used is a hard backing and on top stuck the cheap pile carpet. The driver side mat should have a good material that doesn't look lifeless in six months of usage. Not worrh the money they are asking.

Hi Girish, These are custom-made mats which are made to order. We have a 15 day return policy but for custom trims etc we do not take returns. I can also assure you, you won't get these quality in any high street shops :)

Nothing like the picture on the website poor quality not worth the money, I have not used them just left in the garage utter rubbish.

Hi John, You've ordered our basic mats for £17.99, if you require higher quality - we have a wide range of carpet selection available and the thickness to match it. Did you have a look at those when ordering?

Family business that do not know how to communicate, no phone number so you struggle to get an answer, and when You eventually do it tends to Be a far fetched story. Maybe its true but is so contact the customer rather than send what seems an automated response. It says shipped bext day, dont believe it, tracking didnt work. I could go on as it tooks weeks to get items. Mats were good but probably not worth the hassle. Company needs to fix the appauling communication. This form says phone???? There is t a number, even review form poor

Hi Antonio, We don't deliver the next day, we clearly outline and state that these mats are made to order. We require atleast 3-8 working days and up to 9 during busy periods such as bank holidays so delays can occur. Everything we do is custom made, everything is made once an order is placed. I wish we could speed the process but due to the amount of orders we recieve there's no chance we can have these out the door by next day. We process a tracking code once a orders generated, that does not mean the orders made or left our building - it updates on a orders been sent to our courier ofcourse.

Very very poor customer support kept fobbing me off saying they were on the way very disappointed 3 weeks to get my order not good enough never buy anything from you again

Ordered a set and the driver side mat doesn’t fit in the lugs properly keeps coming off and could do with being a bit longer, have contacted them and got sent more clips but they are the same ones, very disappointed

Delivery of item had taken far too long and I had to reach out to customer service’s (through website chat and emails) multiple times to which they would not respond to. It was only after constant emails I got a respond back.

Shocking customer service and delivery. In fact there is no customer service, no phone number to call and the email must be a bot as never answers a question. Stay clear, ordered last week and tracking still saying not received by Evri, clearly not sent and unable to get any help as its a bot. If you have any sense you will not place an order with this company. Asked for refund and ignored, looks like I will have to make a claim on credit card.

AVOID! Terrible experience, waste of time. Similar experience to earlier reviews. Ordered against 2-8 day delivery. No tracker information, was told that EVRI has lost the order. Promised a replacement high priority order had already been collected by EVRI, but no action, no delivery and tracking info from EVRI indicated they were still waiting for delivery. The lack of honesty and transparency is as bad as the delays. Now I have been promised (and am waiting for) a refund. Let's see.

Avoid at all costs! Apparently dispatched my item on Friday 21st July, still awaiting on the tracking information updating 1 week later. Conflicting information all over the website regarding delivery. One page at the bottom for VW says 2-5 days, on confirmation e-mail it states 2-8 days. Which is it? Quick e-mail response until it comes to questioning a full refund as fed up being out of pocket for £29.99 for 2 weeks, and no car mats! Shop elsewhere for car mats and avoid these cowboys.

I believe this company to be a scam. They claim 48 hour dispatch and delivery within 2-8 days. It has been 2 weeks and my order still hasn't left the sender. They have however marked it as dispatched which then generates and Evri tracking code. This means I cannot cancel the order and claim a refund as it is "too late". The company is also really hard to get in touch with as they only provide an email address and an online chat service that they don't reply to. I am most likely going to have to try and claim the money back through my banks fraud department which makes me feel sick to the stomach that despite me getting a refund, this scam company still has the money. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered about three weeks ago, still waiting. Not sure if I'll ever receive the order as Evri is still waiting to pick up the parcel and they are sending emails asking how was my experience! Deliver the mats first for me to rate you. Feels like a scam

Absolutely shocking service order my car mats 3 weeks ago since says awaiting dispatch on Evri website I’ve given up ever receiving my car mats and it’s now in the hands on trading standards and the small claims court . Beaware

I recently purchased car mats from this company, and while the mats themselves were acceptable, I must say that the overall service was appalling. It took nearly three weeks for the mats to arrive, which was quite frustrating. Even worse, whenever I tried to contact them through emails, their response was lackluster at best. They seemed more interested in blaming the courier for the delay rather than taking responsibility for their own shortcomings. The lack of communication and accountability really left a sour taste in my mouth. If you're in urgent need of car mats, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and efficient service.
