My advice is not to choose the cheapest (essential) option,I purchased mine a few weeks ago and they are very thin ,curling up at the edges already and interfering with the pedals.

Still waiting on mine been nearly 3 weeks and no correspondence from them apart from a tracking number 2 weeks ago and courier still waiting for the item these are quite clearly scammers we all need to report them to stop them scamming anyone else especially in a cost of living crisis people can’t afford to loose money they are totally unscrupulous and quite clear have no care who they STEAL money from Quite clearly SCAMMERS AVOID at all costs don’t be caught out by them

Awful service and even worst customer care. Car mats took over 12 working days to arive when I was promised 8 working days, I order grey supreme mats. When they finally arrived they were a mix of grey black and white specs in the car to make an overall grey with a feel like a set of Halfords universal car mats. When I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy with the product I was told that wouldn't be possible and was offered a 10% discount code for my next purchase to rectify these shoddy car mats. Fair to say I will not be using that 10% discount code.

As a customer of this company, I am highly disappointed with the recent handling of my order. Their promises were false, and the delivery dates were inaccurate. When I contacted them regarding the status of my order, I was given the runaround and eventually found out that my order had been canceled without my consent or knowledge. I find the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by this company to be unacceptable and it has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. They need to rectify their poor handling of customers' orders and ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

Over 3 weeks after I ordered them and had an email saying that had been shipped I still don't have them. The response I get is they are on the way but obviously they aren't. Wouldn't waste your time with them use another more reliable company.

Would love to say these are great mats. But as now entering the 4th week since ordering and still no sign of them arriving who knows. They blame the courier for not delivering so why not change the company they use. Very disappointed

Still no car mats 21 days after ordering; they were quick to take payment but I’ve had zero communication outlining where my order is. Terrible customer service, I would avoid using this company as I have no idea whether I’ll receive either mats or a refund!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. They don't read email, just send out generic/automated responses. Claiming the courier "collected buy lost" my order multiple times. However, contacted the courier and they never even received the order. Unhelpful customer service. Difficult to get a genuine response. Stay well away.

Hi Jacob, Extremely sorry about the delay caused, your order was received, cut & processed the next very day but I'm afraid our courier Evri had issues which caused a few pallets of our orders in turn lost. We had to work on finding out what actually occurred but had to wait a few days as our account manager was away on annual leave. We've been informed they were lost and we turned quickly in getting these 4 pallets cut and processed, please expect them ASAP. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us through our support channels and we will do everything we can to assist. These will be out the door tomorrow and you can expect them latest by Thursday.

Really disappointed at the moment. I ordered mats more than two weeks ago. The product still hasn’t been received and it the courier (Evri) say they have yet to receive the order. Very poor. Update: despite the response below that apparently a ‘pallet of mats have gone missing’, I have still received any information about the replacement. I’m clearly not the only one. I would avoid this company. Currently going through credit card recovery for refund.

Hi Craig, I am very sorry about the delay caused here, it's unusual as we work really hard in getting these cut and processed as fast as possible but due to an issue out of our hand, our courier Evri lost over 4 pallets worth of car mats. Our account manager was away so to investigate, it's been a nightmare for us but we have been on the case - we've re-cut everything and will have them ready for delivery to you ASAP. Please accept my sincere apology and if you need to reach out to us for any further assistance - please do so and we will do our best in assisting in anyway possible.
