I am absolutely apauled, i placed my order on the 01/07/23, when i track this , it hasnt moved one bit ,so i contacted finesmatsuk only to be told 5 times now it will be here in a few days which is absolute ballssu

Ordered on 1st July, still not arrived, no number to phone. Have contacted email, they do get back to you but just tell you it is with Evri since July 6th awaiting updates. But Evri say they are 'expecting' the parcel still. Gave them ultimatum mats within 3 days or refund, got some story about a delay on delivery please be patient and wait abit longer, its been ages and after reading other reviews now dont think I will get them at all. Won't let this drop will get my mats or money. Not on! Be wary people.

Order not received, ordered on 1st July Chased on 15th and told to keep an I on the tracking. Evri status says 12:10 - Thu Jul 06 We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it There is no update since.

Poor quality , I ordered supreme mats thinking they would be super thick ...I asked the question thinking the mats were sent out wrong but it was confirmed they were the best quality....I would of been better off going to the local Sunday Market and buying some for a tenner....they would of been better quality

Hi Paul, Very sorry about this, looks like the original parcel was lost in transit with the courier. I'll be replacing this and have this sent out earliest by Tuesday and you can expect it this week at latest. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

Mats do not fit. Refusing to refund. Advised by Trading standards they are breaching section 75 of the consumer protection law whilst they state no refund for custom made(as all thier mats are) not fit for purpose overrides that whereas it would be valid if you had changed your mind.

The mats are wrong size and shape. Very disappointed was looking forward to my new mats especially after reading reviews.

They seemed fine however unfortunately due to reasons we aren’t able to use them. I did ask for a number to call to explain and also I gave you mine. But all I could do was email. I asked for a refund but was told as they were custom made I couldn’t I emailed your policy on refunds. Now I’m having to sell them privately

Hi Chris, I hope you are well, our main customer service channel runs through emails to ensure we have a list of tracked issues, this is well known across many other car mat competitors too. This works well for us so we can ensure we can reply back efficiently and in a timely manner. I'm sorry to hear that you could not use the mats, but as stated on our website and terms of conditions - anything that's customised i.e trims, added heelpads etc is classed as a custom mat and is not refundable.

If I had known that my order would have taken so long to arrive I would have ordered elsewhere. The mats I received are OK but have had better. They'll do the job I suppose. For those looking to purchase please be aware that this company DON'T HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.

Hi Ewan, I hope you are well. That's correct, our support work 7 days a week and we provide customer services via email as we find this easier and better to work with. If the requirement of a phone call is needed, we go above and do make the call with our customers but that's when it's required. We find communicating via email better as we have it logged and stored as opposed to a call. Im sorry about the delay which was caused to your order, we had a back log and sometimes we can go above our stated times. Please accept our sincere apologies!

The worst service! This seller came recommended from a garage but i will be letting them know about my experience. Faulty mats received in dreadful packaging. Asked to cancel order, seller refused and has sent more! Would not listen to my requests! Avoid

Our packaging is straight forward but sometimes can be damaged in transit with the courier which sadly is out of our hands but we can happily assist here.

Ordered a set of the comfort ones for my vw scirocco, don’t clip onto the clips, drivers side was to big sitting up my accelerator pedal, quality feels like they are going last about a week until they fall apart

The mats were ordered using my reg number, however the mats the website suggested don't fit my model. I got them as a present so were outside their 14 day return policy, and their customer service refused to do anything as they're not allowed. It also took 2 days to get an email reply and the Livechat isn't much better. After kicking off I got to speak to a director, who sent some new mats as goodwill gesture, but they still don't fit! Now the director has gone silent and I'm back talking to the brick wall in Customer Service. The website says they're happy to call you back, but that's rubbish, I've asked multiple times. Absolutely useless company

Been waiting best part of 2 weeks for my order. Keep getting told that it’s on its way but the courier has not yet even received the parcel. Just excuses an inaccurate info

Very poor fitting of mats, the mats do not fit in properly making it unsafe as moves around the front of car, the holes for clips will not fit in holes have emailed several times and photos sent that they asked for and keep saying will speak to suppliers poor customer services very slow

Still waiting for my order, and after reading some of the other reviews, it’s not likely I will be getting it! Rest assured if I don’t receive a full refund asap they will be very sorry as they’ve messed with the wrong person and I don’t back down easily. Just ask a plumber who scammed me and is now enjoying time at His Majesty’s pleasure……

Terrible experience probably worst company I've ever dealt with Mats never arrived when queried they just give excuses about the courier tried to get a refund and that didn't work either I would say that this is a scam and don't waste your time or money cos you won't get either back

Well where do I start, the ordering process was simple and that’s when everything started going wrong. Waited over 3 weeks for the order to arrive after trying to get a response from customer service is like getting blood out of a stone when I did eventually get a response there was lots of excuses that there was a problem with courier or they’ve had lots of orders well eventually my mats turned up today so I was going to give them the benefit of doubt that they might of had problems, I then opened the package of my mats and to say I paid nearly £50 for these they are definitely not worth the money I asked for the premium mats and the quality of these mats are really bad and I could of got better ones cheaper elsewhere I have attached photos to this review so you can see the quality and these are supposed to be premium all I am after now is for finestcarmats.co.uk to collect these and give me a refund as they are not as described and are of poor quality but I will see how long it takes me to get an answer, so if you do expect a premium quality car mats I would probably use another site, otherwise use at your own risk and I wish I had read reviews first
