“AVOID! Terrible experience, waste of time. Similar experience to earlier reviews. Ordered against 2-8 day delivery. No tracker information, was told that EVRI has lost the order. Promised a replacement high priority order had already been collected by EVRI, but no action, no delivery and tracking info from EVRI indicated they were still waiting for delivery. The lack of honesty and transparency is as bad as the delays. Now I have been promised (and am waiting for) a refund. Let's see.”

“Ordered mats for ford kuga , really pleased with them . Fit perfectly and great quality! 👍😊 Took a little over 2 weeks due to 2 bank holidays . Contacted to see how order was progressing , and replied straight away and updated me when courier has received them .”

“Very pleased with the quality of the mats, they are a reasonable price too! My only criticism is the clear packaging that they are delivered in, the were a present for my daughter and she took in the delivery!!!! 😬”

“Good quality mats and perfect fit... Mats with the edge trimming certainly finishes off the look for the interior, of course having the trim match the colour of the car.... Without over doing the colour coordination. Mats that good that I purchased another set for dad's birthday as he was impressed with my set.”

“Ordered car mats for my Range Rover evogue I did have to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive finest car mats did keep me in the picture informing me that they were being made to my request and on arrival I was more than happy with the quality and the perfect fit for my car I would definitely recommend them for your car mats”

“Mats arrived, quality excellent however one didn’t fit. Reported this and a replacement set was sent. This set sadly was for the wrong vehicle. Reported again, and another set dispatched. This time the mat which was wrong now fitted. All done without squabble or fuss. Unfortunate issue but great customer service resolved the problem.”

“Ok quality wise .... Comfort grade ... but not as good as I thought. The rubber heel pad is a great option but, overall, I would have bought the next grade up, in hindsight, but you know what they say about hindsight?!?”

“I ordered my mats which arrived on time and were pretty good so I referred my friend to do the same which they did only to be sent wrong order poor finishing and made to pay the return postage to boot i will advise all my other friends to go via Halfords from now on as they are cheaper and have a better customer service. Very disappointing”

“Car mats arrived and I was very pleased with my order although the only criticism I would have to comment about is regarding the delivery times. Not as published and took nearly 2 weeks to finally arrived at my address and I'm not sure if it was the delivery company which according to the tracking information they had my order in there warehouse to deliver to me for over a week which I don't think is exceptable. Having said that I'm very pleased with the mat's and will look great in my car when I fit them and in the near future I might order the mat for the boot. I would definitely recommend these”
