“Not to expected quality”

“These are okay. They were sold as custom fit for my car, and the size and shape were. The clips were not the right ones so rather than send out a new mat they sent me new clips without instruction on how to change them. They weren't as nice after changing the retention clips. I am disappointed but they are acceptable. But for buying the top spec they offer I'd expect better.”

“There ok , they don't fit exactly which caused them to crease a little and not sit flush but now they've been trampled on a bit they'll do”

“Slow delivery almost 2 weeks however after ordering they did state up to 8 working days so fair enough. I found the 'Comfort' quality a bit flimsy. The locator holes don't clip into the floor studs in the new astra, they just ... locate.”

“It’s actually 3.5 star, mat fits really well as Genuine VW mats would. But the quality lets it down. Very coarse and thin.”

“sent the wrong mats twice as they didn’t fit on the round plastic posts. After sending a picture of the car, registration plate & vin number they sent the correct mats which are perfect now thank you”

“Ordered the top mats you make and have to say how disappointed I am with them, yes they are reasonably thick but made with a nylon type carpet and not velour like top mats I’ve ordered from other suppliers for a lot less money. Fitment was good but the fittings to secure the mats are very poor. For mats costing almost £80 they really are a let down.”

“Ordered set of mats without first checking the feedback. Whilst waiting for order I then checked feedback and saw that delivery times were long. However the mats then turned up and they are fit for purpose. I went for the standard mats and they are a little thinner than I hoped. However, i wasn't in a hurry, so no complaints and reasonably satisfied. Maybe the vendor could set expectations on delivery at the start.”
