“Ordered set of mats without first checking the feedback. Whilst waiting for order I then checked feedback and saw that delivery times were long. However the mats then turned up and they are fit for purpose. I went for the standard mats and they are a little thinner than I hoped. However, i wasn't in a hurry, so no complaints and reasonably satisfied. Maybe the vendor could set expectations on delivery at the start.”

“Having read a number of reviews I was hopeful that they would be of the higher end quality wise however this has not turned out to be the case I have had them in my car for a couple of weeks and already the drivers side mat is beginning to show signs of tiredness But disappointed overall”

“Took way too long to deliver. Not happy. Advertised as next day despatch - took over a week to arrive. When asked to cancel order and refund was told by rep, mats are with courier. When asked why the delay, was told that mats are being made. Not happy with service. Mats are okay”

Hi Gemaal, These mats are not off the shelf but are made to order, we clearly state 3-8 working days at checkout. I'm sorry you feel like that but we have delivered this in time and within our despatching agreement. Thanks for your order!

“The mats are great good quality, but delivery is terrible, 12 days to receive them, no notifications nothing, I had to contact them, but apart from that fine”

“One of the four mats wasn’t as plush as the other three. I asked for a replacement mat as I was happy with the others, but was almost disbelieved. Eventually I was offer a 10% discount but I only wanted a replacement mat. To date I have not received either. Three stars because the good mats are are good. Disappointing.”

“Delivery was a lot longer than expected the matts are ok but one of the fixing clips on the drivers side is in the wrong place so only held in place with one fixing.”

“Not that happy with my mats the driver one with holes do not stay on the studs so I have the same problem with creeping mats as I did with the ones from Halfords ,🤔”

“Decent quality mats. Took a long time to arrive. Heel pad on drivers mat could do with being a bit further back as my heels are rubbing the actual mat and not the added pad so I can see them wearing through quite quickly”

Hi Stephen, Our normal delivery time-frame is 3-8 working days and during periods where it's peak we can slightly go above this. I am sorry about the delay caused by 2 extra days but I am very happy to know you got the car mats and are happy with them. Please accept my sincere apology for the delay caused!
