“Came back of holiday to delivery..so about 7 days from purchase. Carpet quality looks very good, however do not fit shape of front car wells ( back do but no studs) and stud holes not aligned. Please advise how might return and get correct for YL12EWK”

“Ordered car mats took a while to arrive but that’s understandable as they are made to order. Mats didn’t come with correct clips to secure it to the floor have spoken to customer service over the last few weeks to get replacement parts and still waiting.”

“Mats fit perfectly. Was a bit disappointed in the quality as chose not to go for the basic mat set. Heel pad wasn't straight but you can't notice that when you have your feet on them. Would not have liked to pay your full price.”

Hi David, Thanks for ordering with us - I can see you've selected our basic essential mats, we have a variety of options quality wise for you to select from and showcase the different thickness level also. Our essential mats are made with 550gsm carpet thickness and level of thickness depends on the quality you select on our website. Sorry you feel this way.

“Matts seem good quality but the driving side matt does not fit correctly as it covers the foot rest pedal by about 1cm and so will eventually rip after some use . Arrived on working day 8 which was a Little disappointing as well, it says 3-7 working days so missed my road trip!”
