Don't buy from this company, that if they do exist. No mats no refund not able to contact them. No refund so can't compleat the review.

Not recieved my car mats, still waiting been 3 weeks now . No emails nothing very poor service

Purchased mats on the 1st of May was given a tracking number, 13 days later and numerous emails they tell me they are going to get me a new tracking number still waiting for that and the mats, have asked for a refund and haven’t had a response, I certainly won’t recommend or buy again AVOID AVOID AVOID

I still have not received my car mats, there where out for delivery on the 1st of May, I am still waiting, not a very good service will not be using them again

Ordered my mats over 2.5 weeks ago and still no sign of them. The courier is showing as item still not received. finest car mats do not seem to have a number to call and so I have only been able to contact them by email and messages. They have not been able to reassure me or give me an eta.

Delivery took ages. Fixing holes on drivers side don’t fit and then fell apart. I assume the business model is take an order, outsource order to cheap factory in china. Send direct to customer.

It was terrible wrong size completely different shape it’s not mercedes mat at all not recommended

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company. I recently ordered a set of car mats from your store, and unfortunately, the wrong order was sent to me. When I contacted your customer service team to rectify the issue, I was promised that the correct mats would be sent to me promptly. However, when the replacement mats arrived, they were the wrong colour. I contacted your customer service team again, and while they were initially responsive, I was extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled. I was not offered a full refund for the inconvenience, and I felt ignored when I tried to follow up on the matter. Overall, I would not recommend Finest Car Mats to anyone looking for quality car mats and excellent service. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I found the customer service to be lacking and the resolution to be unsatisfactory. Sincerely, Marc ross

I placed my order on 09/04 where it said delivery would be 5-7 days, I had an email on 11/04 saying they’re on their way, it is now 23/04 & I have still not received my mats. So estimated delivery is completely misleading. I don’t mind having to wait if I know that is to be expected but considering they are now 2 weeks in & no sign of them arriving it is not a great service. I would suggest you update your delivery times. Hopefully when they eventually arrive they will be as advertised!
