“Ordered my mats 12th April and still waiting for them to be delivered Been informed I have to wait a further 7 days for delivery today is 23rd April Doubt I will ever use this company again 1st and last time”

Hi David, All of our car mats are made to order, once you order the process begins next working day and excludes any weekends such as in your case. Sorry you feel like this too long, but we do our best to get these made to your vehicle spec and ready for courier collection.

“The quality of the service received is very poor with poor communication and the company not even dispatching the mats in a timely manner. The courier Evri has been waiting to receive them for over 2 weeks. The response from customer services was poor with "oh they have not scanned the item in". But for once I'm not blaming Evri for a slow unreliable service, that's all down to finestcarmats. The product is adequate not as high a quality as hoped and I won't be ordering from these guys again.”

Hi there, We require 3-8 working days and are well within our given timescale from the time you’ve placed an order. We also sent you a tracking code, i’ve just had a look and can see that this is with our courier at the hub and delivery is expected tomorrow. You placed an order at 16:39pm on 6th April, please note our factory is open on working days which exclude good Friday & any bank holidays we had recently which includes weekends. Excluding those days, we are at day 4. Please expect them shortly and we hope you enjoy them!

Hi Julie, Please expect them within 1-2 working days, i can see that they are at the delivery hub. We require 3-8 working days as these are made to order, we are at day 4 currently as we exclude weekends and any national bank holidays.

“The colours shown on the website bear no resemblance to reality. I purchased colours to match my existing vehicle but those delivered were very different and staff who responded to my enquiry stuck to "they are right!"”

Hi, Thanks for your order, we require 3-8 working days. Please note we do not operate on weekends or any national holidays including bank holidays. We’ve delivered in under 8 days as i can see they have been delivered. We hope you enjoy them!

“Hard to review something I never got. Ordered two weeks ago, no sign of my parcels as of yet. Communication with your customer service is awful. No tracking available. Spending this amount of money on a mat I expect good customer service and faster delivery. Don't know if I'll ever get the mats, but don't have high hopes of quality now. Definitely wouldn't order ever again.”

“What a bag of cowboys who have not got a clue what they are making. Ordered a set for wifes car to get rid of poor quality 3 piece for her CRV used their plate select and full one piece front 2 rears replaced with 2 piece front and one rear with superior selection fittings ... nope March 4th ordered 4 weeks later can you photo what we've sent to what your car is day after day later not worth the aggregation as still not sorted. Annoying as thought these guys so called reviews I believe are fake as no way can someone who makes carpets doesn't know what's sent let alone after photo after photo after photo for sending back to factory no fittings or resolve Just avoid I thought it was a gem and it's a Gemma Collins of a business”

“The mats took a long time to arrive, and the drivers side front has locating pins for the holes in the mat, and the holes in the mat were too small and spaced slightly too far apart. I contacted one of the owners (allegedly) who contacted me to thank me for the order before posting this review, and my email was ignored, so I guess they have no interest in customer satisfaction”

“I purchased floor mats for a birthday present. The company advised me the mats had been delivered (which was late). I never received the mats. The company sent me a photo of the mats which were unwrapped and in full view of the public left behind some plants. Someone had taken them and now they are looking in to it as I requested a full refund (over £50) Why on earth would someone leave items that are not wrapped for everyone to see and steal. I wonder what they are looking in to as the photo says it all. Unlikely I would recommend this company.”

“I wish I had looked at reviews The mats are actually not bad However the fixings on one mat are in wrong place so won't fit I have sent photos and explained however I just get emails with another question The last one said they will fit. Even though I have sent pictures showing they don't and the gap on the two front mats are different As I say poor workmanship and customer service let's down what are quite good mats I would avoid”

“Good afternoon This is the third time I've written a review and there is no response! More than a month ago I ordered mats for my Mazda 5. There are no mats, the tracker that was sent to me is not tracked!!!! At the same time, I regularly receive your newsletter with a request to write a review. Due to the lack of response to the needs of the buyer, as well as the fact that you took the money and did not deliver the goods - I strongly do not recommend taking goods from this company !!!! This is a fraud!!!”
