Bought Car mats about 2 weeks ago cost £64 and they nearly have a hole in the Drivers mat ,even the clips are falling out Worst Mats ever purchased

Items have not arrived. Told they have been collected by courier however, delivery info states they are awaiting package. Waited 2 weeks for item and still received nothing when the website offers product within a few days. I could not in good faith recommend this company. Do not buy from this website.

How can I review my car mats! I've been chasing delivery & although the promised delivery dates are between 3 & 8 days I'm still waiting!!! 12 days later 😡 They haven't even reached the courier. I'm not impressed at all.

Matts took 2 weeks to come but I cancelled this order before they were posted as I had to reorder from Amazon. The matts are really cheap and also bad fitting so customers service is shocking they won’t cancelled ur order they will still send and then ask you to pay for the return postage which I thought was unbelievable I would rather order from china cause these boys are cowboys and my order was cancelled before postage but posted anyway in badness and posted half the order useless hi

Hi Darren, Sorry to hear that you feel this way. By the time you requested a cancellation, your mats had already been manufactured and sent to Evri to be scanned in and delivered. At this stage, it was simply impossible to cancel. We were happy to accept your mats as a return for a full refund. Our policy clearly states that we will not be liable for the return postage costs. I am totally unsatisfied with the purchase, customer service and overall lack of engagement leaving my issue still unresolved. I have tried all lines of communication with the company without any success.

I brought leather car mats for my ford kuga and when they arrived they didn't fit, I emailed Finest car mats and had a quick response to ask for photos of the mats in the car, I replied with the photos and received confirmation the photos had been sent down to the warehouse to investigate. That was 12 days ago, I have tried to email again for an update and had no response!

Order clearly states the mats are for my car (right make, model and year). They don’t fit, customer services unhelpful and the won’t even provide return details (legal right to 14 day cooling off the distance selling). Check you Trust Pilot for reviews, lots of issues. If you check there Facebook page - they have stopped PayPal payment - I would imagine this is due to the good buyer protection PayPal provide. Feel like a scam company.

I bought a set of 'Premium' mats for my new car and within 6 weeks of delivery and very light usage the driver's mat thread has started to unravel. I reported and have been told that I am not entitled to replacement mats, as I did not report within 4 weeks. Poor product and customer service

This is one of the worst Web sites in the world. I have tried to buy car mats for 20 mins now. It will not load anything to a cart or basket. I created an account and it still won't load anything to a cart. Unable to purchase. Seems to be only interested in harvesting my personal details. Avoid!!

Mats do not fit correctly and it's absolutely impossible to get any response from their automated customer service. Absolute nonsense not being able to speak to a human to sort out the issues.

Awful service. Ordered the mats and less than a week's use the stitching is coming undone and fraying. Contacted their customer service to be told they consider this normal wear and tear. AVOID BUYING THESE CHEAP MATS AT ALL COSTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE.

I purchased a set of car mats when they arrived I put them in my car a day later I went to hoover the mess of the car mat and noticed the stitching was coming undone I contacted Finest Car Mats they asked me to send photo this was on Tuesday I very quickly had a reply to say the photos had been sent to the factory and they would contact shortly it's now Thursday and still no reply I also purchased a mat for my car boot the very next day after I had ordered the car mats but I have had no message about when they will be delivered and when I checked on Evri tracking it's shows Evri are still waiting for the to arrive I've sent messages asking what's happening but had no reply so my opinion of this company is that I would not trust them or use them again this is no way to treat a customer

Stay away from this company. I placed an order didn’t recieve, they replied with the courier left outside between garbage bins they aren’t interested.

Have sent incorrect mats for my car. I have tried to contact them on several occasions by live chat and email but without success. Very disappointed as they have no phone service.
