Never received any mats still waiting supposedly 3/8 days delivery ordered on the 02/01/23 stay clear of this scam company even the courier company can't deliver my package proper piss poor company poor communication stay clear

Ordered on the 24/12/22. I was then Informed they were posted on the 29th. Checked Evri tracking which stated “awaiting package”. This continued for another week & I emailed ‘FinestCarMats’ direct who stated they had requested an update from Evri & to quote - “The parcel has been picked up that’s how the tracking number get’s generated”. At that moment I felt I was being fobbed off. The tracking number is generated when you request / order a collection. When they scan and collect a parcel it shows as collected in their tracking process. I was then told it had been lost by the courier & they had generated another tracking number (meaning they almost instantly created another set of my custom mats for postage & Evri had already collected??) What frustrated me the most was I then contacted them assuming they had posted the mats using Next Day Delivery or another rapid delivery service for my inconvenience (hitting 2 weeks from point of order at this time) However, they simply stated - “Apologies but we have replacement sent in batches and the earliest one we had was standard delivery so we had to dispatch the mats along with this batch” Call me skeptical but this just made me positive that they simply waited until ready to bulk post my item. During this process I was given no option to cancel my order when the ‘1st’ package was ‘lost’ to be provided with a refund. I would 100% have taken a refund & purchased mats elsewhere as I was torn between 2 websites before I even made my order. As I type this I have not received my mats, so I can not comment on their quality, but to be honest I’m not interested anymore. The exp & lack of customer care means I’ll not be back.

Very poor quality. No proper packaging. Recieved the wrong order. I ordered a set of mats and a boot liner, received 2 sets of mats. Have emailed 4 times now and still no further forward with returning. Would never recommend or use this company again. Poor quality, poor service be very wary!

I’d like to review this item but as they were ordered on 12.12.22 and have not arrived eleven days later, I’m afraid that I cannot. Perhaps you might be kind enough to inform me of your refund policy for failing to fulfil orders.

I ordered a set of mats giving the correct details for my vehicle. Once received I attempted to install them in my car but they wouldn't fit as the securing holes/clips are in the wrong place. I provided Photo's to prove the mats are incorrect against the original mats, therefore they are of no use. You have no reason to deny a refund as I've proven the mats are made incorrect. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW

I've ordered supreme floor mats in grey. Unfortunately, colour isn't even close to grey. Got in touch with a seller, asking for return address but no luck. Awful customer service, I was ready to pay for return postage and go through a hassle of packing and shipping the product back but seller simply doesn't want to accept it. No surprise there are so many negative feedback all over the Internet.

I was very pleased to receive the car mats, they are nice quality but there is a problem, they do not fit my car. I am very very disappointed with this situation as they ask you what make of car you have!! Anyway there you go.

Avoid this company! They have such bad customer service. Lack of service I would say. I placed an order on 7th December and the 7 working days for delivery is way past. I emailed them but never got a reply. Evri doesn't seem to have the order and no one is getting back to me. I even tried to get in touch through the live chat and someone replied to me but as soon as I explained what was happening, they just ignored me. At this point, I just want to cancel the order and get my money back. Never ordering from this place again.

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the delay which was caused by the courier, it's totally out of our hands and we wished we could have had this delivered soon. I just want to let you know, the order was delivered and I hope you are happy and satisfied with your new mats.

Not great at all ordered a set of mats and only got a boot mat delivered to my dads address in my mums name who as pasted away tried to sort this out and I have still not had a reply to an email sent on the 8th of Dec oh and and no ordered confirmation so can't even question it. Mask and a stripey jumper come to mind All the best and merry Christmas

Hi K Barber, I'm sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Mr K, as mentioned via ticket numerous times there's not much we can do once our product has left our factory. We can relay this to the courier but it's impossible to retrieve once it's been delivered. The reason why you've not got a confirmation is because you provided a phone number on our system when checking out and not a email ID so in theory we cannot send you a confirmation without this. We've provided you as much as help as we possibly could have, when a package is passed to the courier - it's there to be delivered to the address you've simply provided when you had ordered the package.

I’ll let you know what my mats are like when I receive them!! Your courier’s are useless, 3 times now I’ve had emails saying they’re coming and then another saying they’ve had problems getting to my address??? Very frustrating!

Hi Wayne, I'm sorry about this, it's sadly a issue throughout the UK with ALL couriers at the minute. I've sent this to the factory and we will despatch a fresh pack on Monday for you to have before xmas!

Good service up until delivery but they never sent an invoice which has caused an absolute nightmare. Plus you can't speak to anyone as there is no phone number and i have not had a reply to my messages sent.

Not impressed with the service, or lack of service I have received. Mats received but do not fit the car (after giving number plate), no fittings received either. When I did receive them they were in a clear bag. Were meant to be a present but they were seen on delivery. Have tried numerous times to contact but no response. Really not impressed at all.

Very poor value for the money and the driver side dose not fit wright they are very thin I would not recommend this mats
