“I had an email from Callum and Sal, the Directors of this Family Business, asking how I am enjoying my new car mats...well it is so far so bad. The mats are not as described on your website - no OEM clips have been provided and the edging I ordered is the wrong colour grey. You have told me that the mats do not come with fixing (contrary to what your website says) and that the 'grey' is the grey that you are using at the moment in the factory. I have asked to have a full refund because the goods are not as described and to the specification I had understood to be ordering. No reply so far but the 'returns' part of the business seems to be poorly set up. You have been warned!”

“I am still waiting for my mats to be delivered It is now 8days from order and I was told to contact the carrier which is not as easy as it sounds you are talking to a machine So to comment on my purchase I cannot untill I receive them which is I don't know when I can only comment on the divery time which is not good with no updates as to why they are still in the depot”

“Bought from a listing which had car mats pictured and in the description but said boot mat in the title, a complete error on their end. I was sent a boot mat that doesn't even fit my car, not the full set of car mats as in the description or picture and that I thought I ordered based on their listing. Refused to refund or replace, awful customer service, they couldn't care less. Do not recommend, avoid.”

Hi Graham, Thanks for leaving a review, you need to contact Evri as they attempted a delivery on the 27th of November. 27 Sun 11:12 AM We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day. · EVRi Please can you contact Evri so they can re-attempt a delivery.

“Didn’t receive my order from finest car mats. Ordered these a couple of weeks ago and still don’t have any answers. Worst company to buy car mats from and definitely Won’t be purchasing again. All I got was a email station they was going to look into it. Customer service is shocking too.”

Hi Sam, I'm afraid to say but this review is in fact incorrect, your parcel has been delivered on the 29th of November. Please check your tracking, we keep you updated via email from the time you place an order all the way up to delivery to let you know where the parcel is and when its going to be delivered. Please check your tracking code to confirm this.

“Very disappointed! Ordered it 10 days ago and it said 3-7 days delivery. I go on the tracking on Hermes site and it says they haven't even got it yet. Finest car mats is asking for my review how I like the product and I don't even have it. And they've already taken the payment. I need refound.”

“Super poor quality. The border is not one clean piece instead is several pieces Stitched on top of one another. Stitching is poor and the finish is even worse. Will not be buying from these guys again nor would I recommend them.”

Hi Cheryl, I'm not sure why we would deserve a 1 star rating especially when we've delivered what you ordered. I understand you mistakenly ordered a boot mat as opposed to a car mat and we've delivered exactly what you ordered to your requirements without a fault to our own.

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THE MATS DON'T FIT AND EVEN WITH PROOF THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU. I PAID £42.98 FOR A SET WHICH CAN ONLY GO IN THE BIN. SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“I'm sure that the mats will be great if I ever receive them but as I've not received them after almost 2 weeks and there is no way to speak to a person at finest car mats I'm not impressed. Finest car mats don't seem interested in resolving my query.”
