“The mats are not fit for purpose, they absolutely stink ! I have asked for an exchange but they have failed to get back to me. If I could give a zero rating review I would”

Hi Ian, Thanks for leaving us a review. As explained in our email we use real rubber and cannot change the way a material smells. We cannot exchange the mats as the smell is not a factory defect. The smell over time should reduce and become less potent. Enjoy your new car mats and the sun, great excuse to have the windows down now! 😉 Callum – Founder
