Ordered for walk through 2018 sprinter onwards and the fit is awful so will only buy genuine from now on/ also have the remains of tape on which is like removing chewing gum Have not had any reply from emails yet

I received half of my order. I wanted rubber mats with an m sport logo on them and received the rubber mats with no m sport logo on them. I told them this and awaited their response. I was then told I'd be getting a refund on the m sport logo which was missing instead of asking me how I would like to proceed and before I could tell them what I wanted, which was what I paid for they refunded me thinking that is what I would want. I wanted to return the rubber mats and have the order I placed and paid for come through to me. I told them what I wanted and was sent a review email as a response. So here the review of my experience. I won't be using them again. I'm an unhappy customer.

I paid for the top quality mats and was sent mats that were the wrong shape. I contacted customer services but they claimed that the mats were correct, even though I sent a picture of the mats against the original manufacturers showing all the differences

Despite me giving my registration number to ensure that I ordered the correct mats, the drivers mat did not fit. After complaining, I received an email stating that I did not supply such details and ordered the wrong ones. DO NOT PURCHASE MATS FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST. Also very poor packaging which was ripped open on delivery

Hi Alan, Thank you for your purchase, sorry to hear about your experience. Inputting your registration allows our system to show the closest match for your specific model. It is still the customers responsibility to manually check if the mats will fit their vehicle as there are so many intricate variations we cannot account for. The packaging will have been ripped open in transit, something we can't take responsibility for, but will definitely look into improving where we can. They are of extremely poor quality for money and have been trying to return them for a full refund and for you to send me a pre paid label.

Hi Raymond, Thanks for leaving a review. The mat selection/quality you chose was the 470gsm carpet which is our basic standard mats. If you required a thicker quality, you had the option to do so and we showcase this but you’ve gone for the basic pack. Your order is classed as customised since you added a trim colour & heel pad, this is non-refundable and is stated on our product page quite clearly. I have not received the car mats as it appears they have delivered to the wrong address, and the courier are denying this even though the picture they are showing me is not my house.

Well update from my last review, emails sent to info@finestcarmats, got a few replies, asking for photos, photo sent, but they were'nt bright enough to open the attachment. Then get an email to contact sal@finestcarmats, so do just that, to the get a reply to email info@finestcarmats. I say iv done that, and replied with contact sal@. I email saying "am i going to get a reply or do you just ignore and hope i go away?" And guess what.... no reply. DO NOT ORDER MATS FROM THESE, TOTAL RIP OFF!

Bought car mats didn't fit. Contacted company which were no help .... just said wrong mats... contacted since no reply. I wouldnt waste your money or time

I'm not happy at all as I received the wrong car mats and there is no telephone number to call. I have emailed three times to complain, receive one reply which didn't help and said that they couldn't ring back. A very poor and disgusting customer service so far. Who has a business without a phone these days!!!

Front mats were completely wrong fit. I made contact and was asked to supply details and photos, which I did. A week later, heard nothing. Even after I followed up, nothing. Very poor indeed.

Ordered last month and never received them, no contact to say there was any issue. Tried to contact your company and as no telephone number had to use live chat, which was a total waste of time as after ten minutes they told me to send an email. Then got a call from a mobile number of one of your staff who said they’d look into it and assured me they’d call back yesterday, never heard a thing. Dreadful customer service, rest assured I won’t order from your company again or recommend. This has went on since last month, would have been quicker and easier to go to shops and buy car mats!!!

I ordered the mats paid extra for rubber bits in drivers mat, they arrived without the rubber contacted and got a reply quickly to say sorry and would send said may out, then get someone at my door from evri to collect all mats and still no driver side mat with the rubber, not happy at all

I have tried contacting finest car mats on a number of occasions through the live chat. I understand they are very busy but trying to stay online waiting for replies is very annoying to then have to start the convo all over again, I was told to email. I did email the respond I got was a ticket number I then had to resend the email with the ticket number and I’ve still no reply or no car mats. I ordered the mats start of august and apparently they are delivered but I’ve not received them.

Car Mats arrived but missing the fixings, emailed and was promised this would be sorted promptly. 1 month later and many email chase ups, nothing! No responses and complete ‘radio silence’ nowt from info& or Sal ! Shocking customer service - Tom J

I had these mats delivered last week for my Ford Smax and can’t work out why the rear mats are two different shapes,it means one of them doesn’t fit properly,also the fixings for the front mats are of a poor quality as the plastic insert for the hole is in 2 pieces and because I chose the thicker quality mat it does not clamp together in order to secure the mat to the floor.Really disappointed,as I’ve just got the mat lying on the floor unsecured due to the poor fixing.
