Non delivery of car mats paid for on 4th December. Still no sign on 22nd January despite chasing via email (only way) on 3 occasions. Trading standards next step.

Ordered 18th December but they didn't arrive until 10 January. Customer service was hopeless they either didn't respond or responded with contradictory messages. Eg telling me in one email that they had been delivered (they hadnt!)and then telling me in the next that they were on their way. Worse than the delivery was the mats themselves. I ordered rubber fitted mats. The smell is so toxic you couldn't possibly have them in the car. I have washed them and hung them outside for almost a week but it had made no difference they absolutely stink! Avoid this company!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service,you can only send an email which takes ages for them to reply. The mats do not click in place as stated,do not waste your money!

Mats are fine but they really should have the Velcro pads sowed onto the mats rather than some cheap sticky pads supplied that don't stick Mats have now curled up at the edges a look a real state. Contacted them but couldn't be bothered.

The mats took over 10 working days to arrived. I chased them twice and was told they had been dispatched, however I had not received an email to say so. Eventually upon chasing for the third time I received a dispatch email that evening and they eventually arrived. The rubber mats smelled terrible, very worryingly so. I queried this and they told me this was normal and I was to “soak them white vinegar/water solution and it should fade away.” I declined this option and requested a refund. They then offered me 10% off which I declined and asked for a refund. They still did not acknowledge this and told me they had to speak to their factory. They have not replied to me since and it’s been a week now since I last heard from them. They do not respond to the live chat on their website. They don’t have a phone number. They take days to reply to emails. They fail to acknowledge customers requests for a refund. I would not recommend purchasing from finest car mats at all. Stay clear.

When I ordered the car mats deliver was stated at 8 working days. I heard nothing from them after the 8 days so when I contacted them they said processing takes longer than stated on the website and it takes up to 10 days. Once it exceeded the 10 days and I had waited overall 15 days I requested a refund. Typically straight after I requested a refund they dispatched my order to which I requested it to be cancelled. All in all delivery took way longer than stated and there was minimum contact. I would not not recommend this company or use them again!

I ordered mats for my daughters new car over two weeks ago, haven't received a thing but have been charged. Contacted company, gave me no straight forward answer so I'm still none the wiser if I'm ever going to receive them. Yesterday was contacted by another customer asking ME where his car mats are! WTF? These cowboys gave him my email as a customer service rep.. jokers... awaiting refund.

Ordered on the 2 Nov today 14 Nov ..... Items did not arrive, not even the EVRY does not show any sign of taking the order. For the price I have paid I have expected at least 3-8 days delivery as promised. Very very poor service... for order #FCM2953412

I was expecting in a superior product it when they came the eyelets which secure those minutes to the car floor at fallen out. I had contacted and asked them to send a replacement eyelets for me to fit but now they want photographs I have since purchased new mats from Peugeot and I would recommend going to dealerships to get your mats delivery schedules. We’re not as described in the quality for me was not satisfactory.

Steer well clear of this company!!! The mats were left on my doorstep as per Evri’s photo. They were gone when I returned home. They investigated with Evri and told me they were in a safe place so nothing they could do. A safe place is not someone’s doorstep where anyone could walk past and steal them! It’s been over a month now and no resolution. I’ve lost £33 and I had to buy from Halfords. I’ve had to chase and chase for a response to my emails as they just go silent! Disgusting service! Don’t risk it! Use a reputable company please!

I really wish I’d looked at the Trustpilot reviews before buying from this company. From start to finish the service and quality has been appalling - so much so that I wrote an email asking why they always had the attitude that ‘‘the customer was always wrong’’. Mats were of poor quality and the wrong shape / size yet they argued that they were what I ordered. They even disputed the shape of their mats were correct when compared with that on competitors and manufacturers websites - unbelievable. Do not ever use this company! They say that they want to be the best - this couldn’t be farther from their current position. If they were the worst then this wouldn’t surprise me. Avoid at all costs.

The mats don’t fit and keep slipping out the pegs. Don’t buy as they won’t refund.

Extremely slow if you need a quick delivery . Mine took approx 2 weeks (the max stated waiting period ) . So slow I attempted to cancel the order - to be told you can’t cancel ! The quality of mats is very poor at best . Found cheaper on eBay

Ordering website is flawed. On mobile, when scrolling down after selecting black trim, its very easy to accidentally select the Beige trim colour as you scroll down. Been in contact with seller and they have basically said tough, and are not interested at all in sorting my incorrect mats out. Also the holes in the mats are 90 degrees out and wont fit the OEM fixings already in the car from factory. Seller now ignoring emails. Not happy at all.

I ordered my mats which arrived on time and were pretty good so I referred my friend to do the same which they did only to be sent wrong order poor finishing and made to pay the return postage to boot i will advise all my other friends to go via Halfords from now on as they are cheaper and have a better customer service. Very disappointing

Mats are for the wrong year of car. Ive sent an e-mail for a full refund, Suprise no reply.bought a set off amazon, perfect fit,half the price. Dont waste your money with this company. Go to amazon. And by the way still no reply about a refund,discusting
